I've been to Moco Nutrition previously and some of their shakes are decent but it's hit or miss. I mostly go for them for the health factor and to get a low-sugar treat. I was going to get the cookies and cream which I like, but the girl recommended the birthday cake shake. It was meh and literally tasted like nothing with sprinkles- should have gone with the cookies and cream. I don't know if they give samples, but I'd recommend asking for one because some are good and some are blah.

Saw this place on social media and wanted to give it a try. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The shakes are advertised as low sugar, plant based and containing 24 g of protein. Great option for starting the day or for a post-workout snack. There are also vegan options without the casein byproduct in typical protein powders. I like that they were so considerate about protein not being dairy free - not every business is. Each shake comes with a serving of energizing tea and aloe, which I thought was a really unique offering - something light and refreshing to accompany the heavier smoothie/shake. My shake tasted good and wasn't overly sweet. They also have a variety of toppings that you can add, like sugar free caramel or chocolate syrup, m&ms, etc. I thought the tea was really yummy too. And you get a punch card to visit again - which I definitely will in the future.

Stumbled upon Kentlands Nutrition while walking around the Kentlands shop/dine/retail. I was instantly impressed with the decor and furniture. Very fun, welcoming and vibrant. I ordered the Orange Cream smoothie and it was delicious. This place is really unique and offers tons of boosters for your beverages such as protein and probiotics. The owner was super personable and helpful. Will definitely return to try another flavor and read my book in their incredibly comfortable big chairs.

This place markets itself as a smoothie shop but it’s actually an Herbalife ‘club’, and when you buy their Herbalife-powder smoothies you’re actually buying a one-day-membership to Herbalife which happens to include a smoothie. The ingredients are not actually healthy, and Herbalife products have been found to cause liver damage, which is detailed in a report by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases in Bethesda. It’s so much safer and healthier to just pick up a reputable protein powder at the grocery store and make your own, don’t roll the dice on this one.
Nutrition?? Not a vegetable, fruit or whole food in the entire store. Just herbalife powders. Very deceiving store name.I saw no nutrition info for anything and no prices either.

This looked like a nice shake shop and I wasn’t surprised when I found out they sell Herbalife a MLM company. Do not buy these products as they are linked to several health issues, u can’t even ask what’s in the product. If u want to sit on the toilet for a while these are the shakes for u

Place has some awesome flavors that can fit any diet. I do lower carbs and gluten free and they could easily find something for me. I was also very impressed with the knowledge of the staff in regards to nutrition and specifically in regards to hidden gluten sources. Good drinks, good service, good conversations and good people. Highly suggest anyone wanting a good start of the day to check this out.
