-Bathroom: out of order.-Tea: out of order.-Hi C fountain: out of order.-Glass of water: they charged money for a glass of tap water.-Sign that says to order by kiosk: no kioks installed.-Service: after waiting 10 minutes I was told the rice was cooking and it would take another 10 minutes to cook. That's 20 minutes of waiting with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the restaurant. They could have offered me an appology or a free egg roll to placate me, but no such offers; just wait 20 minutes and take the food, no thanks at all.-Food: the food was actually pretty good, but the rest of the experience was so bad that I will not go back.

Parking: Dinner time at that strip mall is insanely busy, tons of cars, tons of pedestrians clogging up the lot, people illegally double parking in front of the stores creating huge backups.

Great service. Food was yum!. The dumplings and hot wings were good but the portion size of beef was very less in beef bulgogi.

Average quality for Korean bbq food. This is not an authentic place but a fast paced Korean bbq.

There is no taste of Korean food in each meal. It is flavorless and tasteless. I have tried two meals ( Beef ? Bulgogi rice bowl and Chicken bowl) and sometimes the rice is undercooked and sometimes it is overcooked. Although the customer service is satisfactory, I would not recommend this restaurantif you are looking for Korean food.

Parking: The parking is free and plentiful.

Wheelchair accessibility: The seating area should be large enough for a person to sit comfortably.

Didn’t have rice or noodles when I went , and doesn’t do noodles yet have photos of it on site and in the restaurant only does rice apparently.

One cook, wait time ridiculous. Have more staff to support the Rush. Do not recommend 100%

1st time trying the food...presentation was good and the food was delicious.

Just tried to order a Bulgogi salad and was told they no longer serve this. I guess they no longer offer any of the salads. This means half their menu is no longer available but they can’t be bothered to update the menu here or in the restaurant. Their menu inside the restaurant was digital!! Super easy to adjust but oh well.

Tonight was my first time going to this restaurant and I have no regrets. I think the owner assisted me. She was so kind and professional. The food was amazing. We ordered the beef bulgogi bowls with kimchi cucumbers and dumplings. I’m definitely returning. My only regret was not ordering another bowl. So delicious.

Terrible customer service!!! We asked a question to the employee for the second time and she started to have an attitude, then we told her to let us know when she was going to put the vegetables and she said when she was making the bowl, but she was already putting vegetables in all of them. Then, we came back and explained her but she said that it goes with everything. She started raising her voice at us and got mad when we talked in Spanish to each other. Never again!!! We drove 40 mins because we tried the food before and we liked it, but not to be treated like this!

The owner makes the place . He’s awesome , he’s friendly and kind . There’s no dine in . It’s like a grab and go place . You can order everything you want yourself on the tabs and pay there too . And go to the counter for your food . Cash is accepted there and also Apple Pay . Probably Samsung pay not too sure

Walk in here today to get some lunch since I’m working in the area, I was very curious by the menu so I decided to check it out I ordered wings fries and a drink as I paid I walk over to the register to get my drink I look over at one of the employees grabbing the fries for my order with her hands no gloves or tongs I spoke with someone about it and I asked to speak with a manager and I got on the phone with him and got my money back but the employees didn’t bother to put gloves on I personally wouldn’t come back here it’s not sanitary

Great tasting chicken/veggies rice bowls for $8. Hard to find healthier, tasty options at that price point. Dish was made quickly as well. Highly recommend!
