I ordered a carry out of beef brisket hand-pulled noodle soup from Lanzhou Hand Pull Noodle. It was less than 10 minutes from the time I ordered the soup at the register to my receiving the beef noodle soup.
By the time I got home all the ingredients were still warm so all I had to do was to reheat the soup. The wheat flour noodles were a little soft for me but they definitely tasted fresh. The beef brisket pieces were were tender and flavorful. The green leaf bokchoy...

Delicious food, but portions got smaller compared to before. Maybe ownership change??

a little place within near the RIO, seating could be limited during lunch or dinner. It is seat yourself and order at the kiosk near the entrance. There are few server that will bring your food and clean the tables afterwards, but they’re not really “servers” that takes your order and wait on you…the way it should be for this type of “fast” restaurant.
