Lapu Lapu is located in the middle of the Kentlands Square Market and only has outdoor seating. I recommend ordering online so you can just pick up your order when you arrive!
The bistek and corned beef sandwiches are my favorite and they’re “what a SPUD!” tater tots will really fill you up. They also have drinks from popular Filipino brands that I don’t often see around the area.
I’d highly recommend this place for a convenient and yummy Filipino fusion meal and I will definitely be back in the future!
An amazing takeout place. I crave this when I'm away at college! The meat is super flavorful and tender and I tried the ube soft serve for the first time today, and it was absolutely amazing.

Amazing breakfast sandwiches! My favorites are the Corned Beef and the Chorizo, but you seriously can’t go wrong with any of them. The sandwiches are very filling but I also recommend trying the Cajun Spuds or the Ube Ice Cream. Lapu Lapu is by far our favorite breakfast spot in the Kentlands!
The food is not good. The sausage is tasteless. I would much rather have macdonalds. $9 for a sandwich with nothing particular does not make any sense. Also, there is no ice for the beverages.

I've been getting a bistek breakfast sandwich here once a week for a month or so and it is absolutely the best sandwich I have ever had. The large size of the sandwich also makes it a great value.

The 3 sandwiches we ordered (Chorizo, Sausage Egg & Cheese, Bistek) the party really enjoyed. We also got the Ube Soft Serve which was delicious and refreshing while waiting outside at a table for the food to be prepared in the summer sun.
It was the perfect meal after a run to the Kentlands - light, refreshing flavors, wonderful soft serve, and tasty sandwiches.
Note - with lines it may take about 15-20m to prepare food.
Food is tasty but NOT authentic Filipino flavors. And I don't know why a sandwich the size of a fast food burger is $15, and loaded tater tots are close to $10. They don't even have an indoor restaurant, so I had to get it to eat in my car. There are far better values in the immediate area to dine from. WAYYY overpriced for the serving size and quality.
