Great desserts. Horrible service and attitude from the young girl working. Asked about a “petcup” since we thought it’s a trendy name, but met with a smug answer “no it’s for dogs”. Bathrooms out of service even though it’s mid day with no one inside. Spent $40 on 6 cup cakes and a slice, and felt like we were not even welcomed. What’s the point of selling sweets if you’re so bitter about working a Friday afternoon? Never again. The FIVE BELOW next door was much more pleasant.

Their cupcakes are flavorful and the ice cream is homemade and delicious.

Recently visted this location quality was better than the other location I had visited of this franchise my family and I really enjoyed the desserts !

Great little dessert spot, always bring the wife and kids for their ice cream & cupcakes when we’re in town visiting family! Super clean and different flavors to try each time we come through.

This is by far the worst cupcakes I ever had in my life. Save your time and money and don’t ever come here. This is how I received my cupcakes and they tasted horrible.

Customer Service was terrible and the girl did not put gloves to grab the cupcakes, (nasty) . I won’t buy again from this location again. The employees were really mean and unfriendly.

I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. We got 6 cupcakes and have only eaten one so far and it was great! Moist and fluffy and not overly sweet. Being around the corner from us is dangerous, I might end up putting on a few pounds!

Cupcake tastes very artificial, it doesn’t taste like a real bakery at all. I probably won’t visit again. It’s kinda like eating a muffin with icing.

Would definitely buy the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries as they were fresh and the chocolate was plenty. But wouldn't get the Dubai chocolate cheesecake anymore as though delicious, I think the portion is too small, see picture attached. These 2 items were both $28

3 yo was excited to get ice cream so we went to Lil Cakes & Creamery on a cold Friday. When we arrived we noticed the chocolate ice cream was empty - with a little bit of ice cream stuck to the walls. We asked if they were out of Chocolate - they had more but it “takes a few minutes to thaw” and there was “probably enough in there for us” we were told. We watched as the semi-melted ice cream was scraped into a small melted pile that was maybe half a scoop. When we ordered another chocolate cone with two scoops, we were surprised that they went back at it. I asked if that was a scoop. “That’s how we do a scoop here.” Very impressive. In all our years of getting ice cream, never seen that kind of attitude in an ice cream shop. Ice cream stores are usually fun happy places - not this one! Not even during the holiday season lol. We will find another ice cream shop.

My daughter loved her sugar cookie (don’t let her tired, non-smiling photos fool you) and I got the “Hostess” cupcake — delicious!! It was hard to choose among all the cupcake options. Excited to come back and try something else next time. Staff was friendly and patient while we took a while to choose. Beautiful faux flower wall and seating area!

Parking: Busy shopping center but there are always spots available

Ordered cupcakes through DoorDash and half of the order was wrong. I called and the customer service I experienced was above and beyond. They made the ones I ordered (s’mores) and even gave me a little cup of ice cream for the mixup. On top of it, the cupcakes are amazing! Definitely recommend.

I want to give 6 out of 5 stars to this place!!! I have gotten cupcakes and pup treats here a couple times and everything is AMAZING every single time. I love that they make treats for my puppy as well!!! He loves them and they are the perfect size for a special treat for him. I love the cupcakes as well! The flavors are always fun and so tasty. I love this place!
