I think that many times the food is reheated but they should know how to train the workers to be excellent with the public that is the fault of the manager or whoever hires them and does not train them correctly they should also pay the workers better

I have freaked this place on multiple occasions every evening when I come and pay the extra price I cannot get anything fresh on the buff. The crabs are like baby food is so mushy and the only thing they have her or claws . They take your money when you come in and they don’t let you know that the food will not be fresh and they will not be putting any fresh food out from the afternoon bad business I should’ve took the last two warnings when I got sick and had diarrhea for two days the last time I came….Please do not be fooled by the foolery that takes place here!

Great food! The atmosphere is nice, lots of space. The 2-star is for the inability to get a to go box for the food that you can't finish off your plate. They want you to pay for the box AND have it weighed then you pay for the food that was already paid for when you first came in! This makes no sense to me.

Descent food for a very reasonable price. Lots of options, crab, crawfish, honey chicken, fish, pho, hibachi, sushi, cherries. The sushi is better than most buffets and the price is only $16 per person which is pretty reasonable considering the options available. I enjoyed my meal and would certainly come back.
