Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls

I went to the Rio location with my baby at one on Tuesday and the workers were so incompetent. There was one man Ahead of me ordering, and they were unable to take his order after about 15 minutes. My baby is getting fussy and I asked if I could order and they ignored me so I left.

Got the classic roll. It was on the smaller side but I really liked the simplicity of it. I found other places to overpower their roll with too much butter and/or mayo. I felt like this place didn't do that so it really highlighted the flavor of the lobster.

My first time patronizing this establishment and will definitely return! The owner, Sandra was very welcoming, friendly to everyone and explained all the different food options. The food was very delicious, I had the combo with Connecticut warm lobster 🦞 roll, tater tots, pickle and drink. The restaurant was nice and clean! Had outdoor eating option as well. Definitely stop by!

I am from Louisiana. My family and I were on vacation about 2 weeks ago in Gaithersburg , MD and ate at Mason's. We really enjoyed interacting with the staff, especially Ms Cooper. I believe that was her name. She had a cute short buzz haircut and is the franchise owner/manager. She was a blast and we had a fun exchange comparing the digestive effects of LA seafood to Lobster.😊 The food was excellent. I highly recommend this place, staff and location.

Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls in Gaithersburg has delicious food, excellent customer service, and a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Sandra greeted me as I entered and was very pleasant when explaining the menu specials. I had the Coppertown lobster and crab roll and it was great! Lots of lobster and crab meat on a warm roll. I also ordered tater tots as the side dish. Both were very delicious and I look forward to eating here again.

I need to eat gluten free and the owner was so sweet and accommodating. She recommended a delicious salad or a gluten free roll option and her recommendation was delicious! This is one of my new favorite places to eat in this location!
