Love this place been coming here for decades. They turned the McPlay place into a more mature outdoor seating area. Two Cash Registers, Long ago were the tanks of CO2, now Roberts O2 does Bulk delivery with a tanker truck and house into the side of the building, like In air refuelling but not as cool. 20250925

A drive thru employee at this location told my mom to “shut her child up” a because he was crying while we were ordering. Mind you, he’s 3 years old and has autism.. After speaking to the manager, his only response was “she wasn’t aware that your son had autism.” As if it’s ok to tell anyone, let alone a THREE year old to Shutup. The manager handled the situation horribly, and after asking how we can contact a higher manager, he responded by saying “go find the 1-800 number”…. I uploaded a picture of the manager, if I could I would upload the video as well.
I would have given them 5 stars if they got any part of my order right. Dirty place. Long wait. Empty. Still couldn't get it right..

This McDonald’s was an interesting venture. First, we drove through the drive thru. The man at the speaker was not very polite. Instead of asking “anything else?” During order taking, he instead said “mhm” or “sure” then after that he was silent, so we couldn’t even tell if he was still there. Luckily, we actually got our food correct. A few minutes later, while hitting into my filet-o-fish I felt something hard. A big chunk of plastic, about the size of a housefly, was in my food. Fries were good, sprite was good too. Finally, before hitting the road, we used the restroom. It was clean, which is amazing considering it is a McDonald’s.
So what are the takeaways from this?
1. McDonald’s, tell your employee at the drive thru to at least let people know that he’s still there, even if it’s an “mhm”.
2. Keep it up with the cleaning! (:
3. Most people don’t want plastic in their burger.
Thank you McDonald’s, but please put more effort into making food and the quality of your staff. Both are important.

They're all a bunch of incompetent people in one place, I had ordered my food on the app but when I arrived at the place, this woman said that she had to cancel my order because I couldn't use the discount that I had even though I had already paid my order (now i have to call to get my refund because they didn't give me my food) and just before me another person had to cancel her order because she was waiting for 15 minutes for a frappe,(they were empty) so If you want to LOOSE time and money this is the perfect place to go.
