I’m giving a 1 star because of Mary the manager. Today, February 22, 2026, I ordered a large 10 piece nuggets meal and the food was not hot. My 3-year-old does not like cold fries. So as he eats the nuggets and the fries of course the fries are cold. When I talk to the manager she told me “you eat the fries in 30 seconds” Therefore, I had to pay for another order of fries and gave her the cold ones.
Shame on her I am supposed to tell my 3-years-old “eat the fries in 30 seconds” This happened at the McDonald’s in Quince Orchard Road.

The best Mcdonalds i have been in in years. The staff was friendly and qas actively cleaning the dining room and bathrooms the entire time we were eating. The food was also very fresh. Congratulations to the staff and managers for going above and beyond.

I know I’m a big back, got the whole Mount Everest type shi BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU GOTTA GET MY ORDER TERRIBLY WRONG? I GOT A MCDOUBLE W MAYO. M A Y O. IF U DONT KNOW WHAT MAYO IS THEN GO ASK UR DAMN MAMA. NVM GO TO ELEMENTARY AGAIN- When I got the order I unwrapped it and saw no damn bun either. Excuse me, hello? I know damn well my mama didn’t work her ass off for 1 hour to get 16 bucks and waste 9.30 which thank you mama, I love you too Dry ass patty, no bun, no even a drop a microscope drop of mayo which got me actually upset not even upset I GOT A HEART ATTACK. I THOUGHT WE WAS LOCK IN MCDONALDS?? I THOUGHT U WERE THE LOML. It’s amazing when we get good service which THATS WHY MY HEART BEATS FOR YOU. Was it bc I’m Hispanic? Racist?. Just left this McDonald's. I requested hot fries and still left with mediocre food that was hat at all!! I haven't been in a long time and thus is why. I will continue to stay away from this McDonald's. They never were going to give me hot fried, they were probably places back in the grease to a pear hto!! The fish sandwich was not that warm either!

Food is usually good here and close by my home, but that's where I'd go into some of the improvements; sometimes the staff is fantastic and other times it's okay. If it's after 8:30pm they don't care of your order is wrong or if they fill your cup all the way, but overall not a bad McDonald's but definitely been to a better one.
