Ok where do I start? I am starving, like feeling my stomach touching my back kind of hungry. I go in with my client and we are met by the Boys from the Hood. Don't get me wrong, I am a black man raised in the projects, but never in my life would I sit in any establishment and carry on like a child with no home training. These 4 guys were using foul language, laughing with the staff, and being inappropriate with female patrons and staff (they laughed as if this were okay). I was glad when they finally left especially considering they weren't eating. It's this behavior that makes others feel uncomfortable and stereotype those of us who are not disrespectful lazy dastardly. This McDonald's would do better to keep this from occurring in their dining room.

McDonal’s disgusting they use too much all oil no healthy oil. I prefer get my food from Panera Bread 100% better. McDonald’s in customer service is sucks.

They can’t get anything right in there and they couldn’t care less. Worst location and worst staff and if you don’t look like them they flat out ignore you and rude. And they always right for messing up your order or have you waiting wasting your time

This is the closest McDonald’s to my house, so I’ve been here a few times — but the service has consistently been terrible. The staff always seem rushed, and orders are often missing items or just plain wrong.

Today’s visit was the last straw. I came through the drive-thru with two separate orders, but they combined them into one and I paid with Apple Pay before realizing. When I asked for a refund, they directed me to the second window. The manager, Yesenia, was rude and completely unapologetic. She told me to drive back around for the refund, and when I did, another manager, Nicole, handled it.

Instead of asking what the issue was, Nicole immediately asked for my phone, processed the refund, and started chatting with a coworker about my situation — again, with zero apology or professionalism. I tried to explain that I still wanted to place my order but wanted to use my codes separately since they were for two different people. She dismissed me with a “we don’t do that” attitude.

The frustrating part is that they didn’t even need to refund the entire order — just the portion that was wrong. Half the order was fine and had already applied the code, but because they refunded everything, I lost the ability to use the code “again” for the day. I wasn’t told that refunding it would cancel my code, even though technically it wasn’t “used” anymore since that’s the part they refunded. When I tried to explain that, Nicole got defensive and testy, eventually calling me names — which is completely unacceptable for anyone, especially a manager, let alone a fat one. Honestly, at this location, the “manager” title seems to be a fun little title they hand out rather than something that reflects true leadership or professionalism. This location desperately needs better management, customer service training, and consistency in how they treat paying customers.

Stopped here to get a friend a Big Mac, quarter pounder with cheese, and a large fry. I haven't been to Mickey D's in a decade so believe me I was surprised to see the food cost over $18. The service was friendly and quick. No idea about the food. I didn't eat it. I will say that the drive thru location is bad for the traffic flow around it.

I went through the drive-through and ordered pancakes with a sandwich meal. When i got my pancakes it looked like someone blew their nose and packed it tightly then put it in with my pancakes. I wasn’t rude when ordering but this is disgusting. I came back to the establishment and the women’s in the back who were assembling the food called me a liar and started talking shit to me in Spanish like i couldn’t hear her. Will never be going here again because this seems to be a reoccurring thing. The manager was able to get me a full refund but that doesn’t really dismay what i saw.

The worst of the worst McDonalds I have EVER been to. Employees are just rude and treat customers like trash and when you ask for the manager she is asking the employees in Spanish why we want to speak to her and telling her to get someone else.

I ordered through doordash. And my house we love McDonald's. But this is the closet McDonald's to our house and we have no choice to order from here. Usually they cheat us on fries. We order large and we get half filled boxes of old fries that are either soggy and not cooked enough or old fries that were redipped in the fryer. Today I got a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich that had the tomatoes outside of the sandwich and old nasty lettuce. When you call to complain the MOD is nasty and rude and not very helpful.

They sent me all over town, back and forth claiming my order was at a different place despite why my receipt and credit card charge show, and when asked (and presented with the proof of purchase) refuse to do anything about it. So after wasting my time and gas, I still have to file a charge back and didn't get my food.

These employees are getting so unprofessional. They need to be fired and replaced. They close down their location in Montgomery Village and still allow mobile orders to be placed. I tried to get my refund and he refused to help me. They need to shut down their app for mobile orders so no one waste time
