They are not big on cleaning. You have to choose the least filthy table if you dine in.

This is the first time I've had a problem at this place. Usually when there is a miscommunication about an order, fast food places charge you the difference to fill your order. They say "sorry, we only charged you x, so we'll have to charge you for the meal upgrade" and it's fine, problem resolved... But they called the manager lady who continuously said I was wrong, never apologized for the confusion and then said I would have to pay full price for a soda and fries. Never in the past did a manager ever need to be called at any fast food place ever... The cashier was always able to update things without escalating the situation... This is by far the worst customer service I've ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. You DO NOT tell the customer what they said or didn't say over and over... It doesn't matter what was said or what was heard... What matters is resolving the problem before it is even a problem.

They serve in a hurry, they forget the details of your order, in general the staff is focused on conversations and personal things instead of customer service, so much so that even the soda machines, the condiments and even the accompaniments of the food They are not taken into account, EVEN THE MANAGER DOES NOT TAKE THE ESTABLISHMENT INTO ACCOUNT.

Customer service at this location is top-notch across all times of the day—morning, noon, and early evening, it’s consistently a 10/10. The ladies working here are incredibly friendly, always polite, and they do a great job keeping the place clean.

I did have one minor issue where I tried to redeem a reward for a free drink, but there seemed to be a problem with the system. After a couple of attempts, they weren’t able to honor it, which was disappointing. However, aside from that one hiccup, this McDonald’s is fantastic, and I’d still rate it a solid 5 out of 5.

Regular McDonald's open 24 hours. Sometimes drive thru is full and causes a long wait time. Its's 1:20 and the drive thru is full to the street, Usually it's not full.

Please don’t visit this mcdonald’s location. While I was at the drive through, an african american woman who took my order seemed to have a big attitude and terrible communication.

Very Agile And Nice Staff, And I’ve Never Had A Problem With The Food.
