I live close to this location but don’t often go to it due to customer service concerns. Recently decided to go back to chase the advertised Pokémon promo happy meals. Release day I get the wrong toy but understand that not all locations will have received it especially given the snowy weather. The next day, I do receive the Pokémon product but it’s clearly an older Pokémon product and not the new release of this year. Really suspicious for this to happen. The manage is otherwise nice enough and knows at least how to address customers professionally. I am hesitant to visit this location again if the staff here are able to do things like this without accountability.

Went inside this McDonald's location on September 11, 2024 @ 1:00p. There were no customers inside. I wanted to purchase an order of fries, but the menu for fries was not displayed. I asked the cashier (young female w/braces) the prices for small, medium & large fries. Her flippant response was "they're different prices!" I told her I was inquiring about the price for each size. Again, she gave a flippant response " they're about $2, $3, $ $4." She made no effort to look up the price or ask another employee the price. Needles to say, the customer service was so bad, I left without making a purchase & went to a different McDonald's.

Just got our drive thru order. They required 3 attempts to get a special order sandwich order correct, got the wrong sandwich, and forgot 3 items altogether. It's just consistently a pain to order here. I don't understand why.
Stop by the drive tru! We asked for the order when it was time to deliver, we were missing a soda and it turns out that they didn't charge for it ? it's not the first time I've been there!

The food here has no taste, the meat does not taste as meat. We stood for 5 minutes by the register, and no body came to talk to us. Employees passed us by as if they don't see us. Bad customer service.
