Completely understaffed McDonald's with always a 10min wait. And its been like this for a solid year now. The franchisee of this store needs to hire more staffs.

I placed a mobile order and went to pick up my order. For some reason, my order wasn’t showing up in their system. I get it, sometimes technically can fail, and that’s fine. They asked me to come inside to replace my order (which made no sense to me because they could have placed my order while I was sitting their at the window, but I did as they asked without complaint). They appeared busy so I was happy to accommodate, despite my showing them evidence of my order being placed already on the mobile app and evidence that it had run my credit card already.When I went inside, I wasn’t able to place my breakfast order, but it has just turned 11am, so I was not able to replace my order because of the cutoff time.I went to the front to ask for assistance, and after waiting a couple of minutes the woman that asked me to get out of my car recognized me and came over. I explained the situation and she confirmed that in fact I couldn’t order breakfast anymore, so she looked at me apologetically and said there was nothing she could do.I asked for a manager, and then she asked me if I spoke Spanish. I said no, so then she told me that she was a manager. So I asked her to go ahead and please make my order and I’ll be on the way. She kept repeating herself that she couldn’t do that because she couldn’t place the order in the system. I explained to her that it shouldn’t be my problem…after all, she was the one that sent me inside when she could have just placed the order for me when I was in my car and at the window.At the end of the day, she got another “manager”, and they did as I asked. They made my order despite the cutoff time having been passed. But what I don’t understand is why I need to give a manager guidance on how to solve a very basic problem. I had visual proof that I placed the order and proof that I paid already.I would not recommend this location as their management personnel are not really managers. They barely speak English and aren’t interested in managing and providing good customer service when there is an issue.

Do not even stop at this McDonald's! First they steal my money over the app, then I break down and try to order at drive through for then to tell me they don't have any hamburgers. So no Is quarter pounder, no cheese burger, nothing that needs requirement to be considered a hamburger. It's a burger joint! DO NOT GO HERE

This McDonald's is in believe able I went to get some food and when you order on the I pad they don't give you a ticket so you might forget your number and not know which food is you're. And they charge you extra for little packs of sauce even though no other McDonald's charges for sauce. my overall experience at this McDonald's was TERRIBLE!!!!!!
