Disappointing Experience at Crown Location Gaithersburg, MD I had a very disappointing experience at your Crown location in Gaithersburg today Sep 7th around 4:00 PM.
We had just started placing our order when the staff member helping us suddenly left mid-service to assist another customer who had just walked in well after we arrived. He proceeded to take that person’s full order and even completed their checkout before returning to us.
What made the situation worse was that, during this time, our food was left sitting unattended. The employee leaned over our food multiple times with a roll of plastic wrap in his hand, coming uncomfortably close to touching it. This felt highly disrespectful and unsanitary.
When he finally returned to complete our order and take our payment, we expressed our frustration directly to him.
All customers deserve to be treated with the same level of respect and attention, regardless of how they look. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed with your team.

I live right upstairs. I come here every few days. The food is always good. I love the chicken kebab. The folks who work here are super nice, and they keep the line moving quickly. You can be in and out fast. And just all around nice people!

Food is good but they took 16 extra minutes to make my online order. They just kept serving people who were ordering in store. My online order paper was just at sitting there.
App said food will be ready at 1:59 pm. I went to store at 2:01 pm. At 2:13 pm app said your order is ready but they were still frying the falafal at 2:14 pm.

Order was wrong (missing steak), and I got violently sick after eating here. Won’t be back. A shame—I really liked their food until recently, but the last two orders were bad (one nearly soaked through). Feels like someone new is messing things up.

I came on Tuesday August 12, at 12:32 pm midday, I love mezeh my favorite food ever, but this location the amount of portion of protein “shawarma chicken” this location gives is not to believe, I even ask the lady that I’ll pay for entra portion cause she say corporation rule is only One scoop of protein. When I ask the lady for extra “(3.something$)” she only had just one more scoop, never coming back to this lame location 😡🤬
Got food poisoning from this place and no one is responding.

They got my order wrong but I don't even care! What they sent me was absolutely delicious. Probably better than whatever we actually ordered!
