The food is traditional Chinese/American food. Not great but pretty good. The dining room is very small and you get the impression they really don't want to encourage people to dine in. The service is terrible. You have to ask for a menu. Then ask for a glass of water, which arrived lukewarm with no ice. Because the room is so small if the other tables are occupied it's going to be very noisy. Not a good experience.

A cozy place with ample parking nearby. Nothing can beat a warm bowl of tasty beef noodle soup in winter season.

Pork lo mein was seemingly made with spaghetti instead of noodles and lacked flavor. Ordered general tso chicken and got a totally different chicken dish. Pan fried dumplings were slightly burnt and had no sauce included like usual. No duck/mustard/soy packets. Guess I need a new go to place after that experience.

Surprised my family had never tried this place - it's been around for a long time, but I guess we usually went to the now-closed Pacifica Cafe around the corner or Yoyogi and Ming's is tucked in a side street. It's open for takeout later than a lot of the Chinese restaurants nearby, and while the ambiance isn't fancy, the taste is good for homey style cooking. We've done pickup mostly and the manager (maybe the owner?) is always super friendly - I ask her for recommendations on the menu based on what I've liked before when I pickup, and the last rec was the seaweed infused fish fillets, which have def been a hit in our family. Supposedly their Chinese roast meats are really good too, but my family's pescatarian so that's a bit of a harder sell. It also seems like the dishes we've liked more are the less Americanese ones, so keep it in mind when you're ordering. But definitely excited to eat through the menu, even after bypassing this place for at least 10+ years. Would recommend!

Came here for the beef egg sauce over rice and it was the worse I have had in the dmv area. The beef was super tough and chewy and felt like it was either overcooked or old. Sauce was very runny and bland. Portions were smaller and the price was $15! They do do cash discounts, so ask for that. Service was kurt and didn't give you or ask for utensils with ur takeout. Think twice about this place.

Ordered delivery of Peking duck and congee w. pork & preserved egg. Peking duck is really delicious, though delivery took time so the duck skin is no longer crispy. What I love about the duck is the restaurant separated meat and skin from bones, provided steamed Chinese pancakes and traditional sides (cucumber and green onions), and gave us the bones to make duck bone soup ourselves. But the congee is terrible at its high price: no pork at all, just the preserved egg. I’m unhappy about this.

Found a long strand of hair in our food and put it in the hands of the owner. She tells us with a straight face that she couldn’t see it. Eggplant was rotten and disgusting. Establishment in general smelled filthy (check restrooms if you plan on eating here). We took a few bites and left, and I literally filled the bowl when I got home.

Three of us went to this place last Saturday lunch the first time and liked this place. We ordered Pork Chop Peking style, Mongolian Beef, beef congee and 油條. All tasted very good. We didn't expect any service and set our expectation very low so no complaints . I will definitely go back to try out other Cantonese dishes. I heard they have good roast duck and roast pork.Parking: Parking spaces available in the front of the restaurant or near by parking lots.

Amazing Chinese restaurant. They offer a lot of Cantonese cuisine but also have a large selection of Nanjing food on the menu. Nanjingers should definitely give this place a shot if you need a taste of home. 我特别喜欢它们的狮子头,真好吃啊!Vegetarian options: Lots of great traditional Cantonese, Nanjing, and Chinese American dishes.Parking: Lots of parking on the street and a nearby lot.

Told to leave right when we opened the door saying there’s too many people. I say at least one open table. Was very rude and feel like we were greeted this way at least partially due to our ethnicity
