I brought my 2 kids and husband here for the first time and to be honest if it wasn't for the kids excited for their pizza I would have u-turned and walked out. The place was empty but yet it looked disgusting, especially behind the counter where the pizzas and salads are made. There were 3 young kids behind the counter just staring at their phone without a care. This location is nothing like the Frederick location I used to work next too. Very disappointing and we won't be going back any time soon.

No greeting by employee upon entry. Two employees on phone. One employee assisting me is nice, but the counter displaying the food is messy, covered in a variety of toppings. There is food dropped all over the counter and inside other food containers. Employee assisting me made no effort to clear the space. All trash cans are full and no employee is making an effort to address it. The floor in the kitchen is very unclean. Two costumers come in to pick up and workers begin preparing it when they arrive, so costumers are left wawaiting. Dine in experience is not pleasant when you look around and see no effort by employees to make the place presentable.

I ordered a dairy-free pizza with a barbecue swirl. It was the prettiest as well as the best tasting pizza! It's literally made my night after a long day and it was epically delicious. The effort you put into making it right makes a big difference. Thank you!

Dietary restrictions: Dairy-free options are delicious. I have a very restrictive diet due to chronic gastro issues. Loveee that you offer olive oil as a sauce.

Definitely not as inclusive as portrayed. Had a friend apply there under the same circumstances as the guy on the commercial but was turned away& not treated with an ounce or inclusivity. All these places griping about how people didn't want to go to work when it was really companies being too discriminating when it came to applicants. People wanted to work your old employees just didn't want to come back to work for you, & that says a lot...

Came here the day after Christmas to have a break from leftovers. The employee's were rude and unaccomadating. He rand my order in as "HERE" then processed to tell me after I paid and had the children sit down, that the dining room was closed. It's 6:30 PM and they don't close until 10 PM. Might I add there is a family of 6 sitting in the dining room right now eating. I've been a long time fan of the MOD franchise and this is my first and aldt time at this location.

Looks like MOD Pizza in the Kentlands is CLOSED. It appears that they've been closed for at least 1 MONTH at this point, and the MOD website is pretending they are GTG and still active. There is a SMALL sign on the door that says there are closed for KITCHEN issues, which cloud mean anything from HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS to bad equipment. When I asked the stores next door to them what happened, they wouldn't tell me. Which, of course, makes it even more concerning. I love their food. It's a shame something happened. It's also a shame it was something bad, because you don't close a store and paper up the windows if it's not something really bad.

I felt the need to write this review because of the way this mod pizza has stood out to my partner and I. We used to get mod where we used to live and it was just "eh". This one is just different! Firstly, the food tastes better. The staff really evenly spread the toppings and give a good amount, you can tell they put more effort, and they cook it longer too. It makes it the best pizza taste and value per dollar around. Secondly, the staff themselves are incredibly nice! They chat with us, give quality customer service, are efficient, etc. I keep coming back! Whatever this MOD is doing, all others should take notes and do.

Great way to get your veggies in and feel like a cheat day eating pizza, create your own is best way to go! Vegan sausage and daiya cheese is pretty good. I would be careful of putting too many toppings can make crust soggy!
