All in all, excellent, solid cookies especially while they are warm. Also they only open at 5 PM. What if I want cookies during the day? Oh well. Guess it's time for night-time cookies, milk and a cookie before beddlefree. *wink wink* But hey, this is good cookies. So 4 stars, not 5, because of hours and cost. But excellent deliciousness. Placed a delivery order for my best friends birthday and within an hour of the expected delivery my order was cancelled. My text said I could contact the store for more info. I called the store in Arlington numerous times during open hours and my call continually was disconnected after ringing several times. The cookies were never delivered and I was still charged.

I tried to order cookies for delivery Saturday. The site twice had problems with my card. Card is good. Called. They made a pickup order and hung up. I called back because I cannot drive there Saturday. Cancelled the pickup and as instructed tried again with a Toast link on my cell and a different card. Again, "problems" and can't seem to give card number on phone for delivery so we gave up. So 1 star for the ordering process. The woman on the phone was nice but busy. No cookies for us I guess. Update: I tried Crumbl, card worked for delivery there .

They don't honor their hours posted. Meaning they say they are open yet are closed. Something to consider. Why not be truthful with your service provided. Buyer beware.

I tasted the Cookies and they were delicious. Warm gooey and the pumpkin walnut was my favorite!
Six pack is what I purchased and they arrived in a pizza box both times.
I will order again yet feel disappointed with the service and hours providing their times offered for orders since they aren't truthful or accurate from my experience. I personally value truth!

I've tried the chocolate chip, red velvet, and smores all very delicious. I don't like white chocolate but the red velvet is just so delicious. I just wish they didn't open so late

I was surprised to see such negative reviews! We ordered on Uber eats and it took longer than they said it would, but the cookies are large, taste good and came warm. We thought they were great! My favorite was the double chocolate.

This is not a true bakery. Some college kids rent random kitchen after-hours to sell cookies. I’m pretty sure the cookies are made in some guys basement last week. As a result, the cookies are average to slightly above average. Half of the cookies are under or overcooked. If you go to a real bakery and compare cookies, there is a noticeable difference. These cookies are also incredibly sugary, they will make you sweat.
The service is terrible, they completely ignore the customers. Even though they say the cookies will take 15-25 minutes, it’s often beyond that. Today were running behind, there were at least 4 other guys waiting for 20+ minutes and the staff would not address the customers; they just hid in the back. The least you can do is show some respect to paying customer and say it’ll be X more minutes
Lastly, the atmosphere is shady. It’s so hot and sweaty, it’s concerning.
This place is only popular because it sells cookies and is open late and, on that, it delivers. But, if ur not stoned and have time, there are better options.

This used to be our favorite place for fresh hot cookies. Ever since the girls who used to work here left, their quality went down the drain. They are taking a long time to make them and when you get them, they’re cold. It’s a cake more than a cookie. Would probably not return.

I was an early customer of MOLTN and shared it with all my friends. We all loved their cookies and I use to stay it was the best cookies in the DMV. However, recently they’ve changed. The cookies are a little over cooked the last three orders. They’re hard. I use to love the soft out of the oven fresh cookies but it’s not there anymore. The magic out of the cookies are gone. I can no longe recommended them until they take more care to their cookies like they use to be.
