I came to have lunch with my friend and it was a bad experience for us. When we first walked in the host Anica was at the register which we had no problem with. We walked to the register and the host sat us outside which we liked because it was a good day. We were told the register and internet was down. We decided to scan and order through the app and online. We placed our order and ordered wine and sangria. Castro checked our ID. We waited for our drinks for over 15 mins and our food as well. We went to the counter 3 times and we were told by Castro that our food and drink was coming. We found out that there was no fruits for the sangria or red wine, the bello my friend ordered. My friend got her wine and her food was still not here. She went to the grill station and her food was packed to go after she told Castro it was for here at table 69. He told us he will let kitchen know but he never did. Jose was superb. He quickly apologized to me and my friend because she is an old coworker (Gloria). The wine they finally brought with the sangria was the same wine they offered to me when they told me there was no more fruits for the sangria. When I requested for my refund, they magically stated that they have fruits but there was no one to cut the fruits. I am very disappointed in this customer service. We are in our late 30’s and we have been dining here since high school. We always recommend this location to others. The manager Fatou never came out to check in or apologize to us. Anica and Jose were very helpful. When I asked for the manager, I was told she was busy but she was sitting there doing nothing.

Confusing slow cluster. Shouldn't be difficult to pick up takeout. Pretty much need to shout into their kitchen to figure out if your order is even there or being worked on.
Ordered online for pickup to be ready at 6:30 and didn't leave the store with my food until after 7:15
