New to ordering directly from this store (used delivery apps before). Very easy to order online and the staff was very friendly when we went to pick up the order. Best of all...the pizza was great !

We placed our order at the store and picked it up. When we got home, we realized the sub wasn’t rung up as a combo, so we called to clear it up. Instead of handling it respectfully and saying, “No worries, let’s set this right and make sure it doesn’t happen again,” manager Lidia spoke to us in a hostile, yelling tone. For someone claiming to have 12 years of management experience, she acted more like she’d been on the job for 12 minutes.
The food itself was ok, but the service and management were unacceptable. Lidia was unprofessional, dismissive, and made the entire experience unpleasant. Customer service should be about solving problems, not creating them. This was completely unnecessary and disrespectful, and we will not be returning or recommending this location.
