I ordered onlime and setup the pick-up time, Due to system overload my order took longer to deliver but the way staff handled the crowd was remarkable. The ladies was making sure that everyone gets their own order and personally checked woth each individual if they got thier order and tried to figure out a way to deliver it.

Panda Express had a T-Mobile Tuesday offer for a free orange chicken bowl with rice but it was only redeemable on online orders only. I placed my online order for this location and arrived at the designated time to discover that the internet at this location was down and that they were not receiving any online orders. Instead of honoring people's orders with proof of receipt they flat out were not filling any online orders, regardless of whether or not you paid for your meal online. After a little bit of time and complaining the staff allowed a few people to receive their orders. By the time I got my order another group of people arrived to redeem their online orders and the staff flat out refused to fill their orders because they had no internet. The people that were still there when I left were furious because some of them had paid for their order and had their accounts charged. The staff was unprofessional and not willing to accommodate customers for an issue that was not the customers' fault. I wanted to leave a detailed complaint on their website but the website only allowed for a 400 character comment.

Maria who works there hung up on my 4 times because they were too busy to answer my question if they received my online order. Have enough workforce to fulfill your orders and answer your customers. Never met restaurant staff that rude and unprofessional
