Papa Johns Pizza

This papa Johns is terrible on multiple occasions now they have either messed my food up for not delivered my food this time in particular they charged me for my order said my order was complete then when I got here they are claiming they never received my order my food isn't made and there are employees laughing at me because I said.im going to be late for work now because of them. This is ridiculous get your stuff together

Never have had an issue with my orders. Last night was the 1st time. Pizza arrived with the wrong topping, and the family could not eat pizza. It was 930pm when I received order. So I didn't even bother calling store. I know its pizza, and it happens. Someone dropped the ball on this order. Hopefully it won't happen again.

I ordered carry-out pizza over the phone. The person was kind that I spoke with. When I arrived I received a notification on my phone that my pizza was ready. The person at the front asked my name and said it would still be a few moments. After a few moments another person asked my name and handed me a pizza that had been sitting for a little bit. The pizza tasted great, but I felt like their operations needed a tweak.

Usually when one goes in a food establishment late at night you tend to get crappy service but the staff here are very nice and fast even late at night. One was nice and opened the door for me to leave with my one little pizza and I didn't even have on my face. Hehe

Very disappointed with this papa johns and with my order it was disgusting I placed a delivery order for me and my daughter did not feel like leaving the house for lunch so we decided to order Papa Johns I ordered two orders of papdias one Philly cheesesteak other sausage and pepperoni they were burnt and hard to the point my daughter I did not even want them we took about two bites each and a tossed them in the trash and to make it worse I ordered 16 piece buffalo wings those where also disgusting they where not cooked all the way and had hair on the wings we could not eat them they also went into the trash Im really mad because my bill $57 plus a tip for the driver what a waste of my money ???Date 07/02/2024 Time12:25

The pizza arrived cold and as if someone had touched it. And to complete salty. How sad. 😭I paid 24 dollars for something I couldn't eat. Disgusting. 🤮 On the pizza there was a piece that looked like it was from another pizza, it was hard and colder than the rest.
