The pizza arrived cold and as if someone had touched it. And to complete salty. How sad. ?I paid 24 dollars for something I couldn't eat. Disgusting. ? On the pizza there was a piece that looked like it was from another pizza, it was hard and colder than the rest.

I ordered a carryout garlic parmesan pizza and the crust was normal, i gladly came back and they were happy to change it but i saw the employee who served me slap the garlic and cheese onto the pizza without even washing his hands prior to it. Very frustrated and disappointed as ive been ordering papa johns for a couple years now and to come finally get a carryout and they are being very rude & stuck up about their mistakes.

App was not working correctly so I went in to place my order. The price was twice what the app was charging. I explained the issue I was having and all I got was a sorry. No help with the app and they would not change the price for ordering at the counter. Terrible customer service.

So I give them 5 stars because.. in todays world people are not accountable. Yet we have a family store that is. We are not perfect in life, but is we are accountable, and make corrections. It’s a win for all.They win.
