This place is a scam. Worst cheesesteak and fries. They don't deserve any stars. Don't order from the Gaithersburg location it's IHOP.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ordered two cheesesteaks, one chipotle and one bacon chicken ranch. Just got regular cheesesteaks instead. Very small portions. Sad excuse for a cheesesteak. Definitely not worth the price.

Needed a Cheesesteak fix. Ordered a classic. First of all, pick up is inside the Italian restaurant without any external signage to identify it was inside. It is a pick up only location. Picked up, returned to office and................they gave me a chicken cheesesteak. Not the Buffalo Chicken one on the menu and most definitely not a classic BEEF cheesesteak. And small portion. If you are visualizing a classic Philly cheesesteak, piled high with mouthwatering griddled meat, this is not your place. What do you do when you are back in the office with a mis-served order? I called, but only number listed is a 1-888 number that went to voice mail.Avoid at all costs.
