Save yourself the time yall! Placed an order for pick up over the phone didn't ask for my name but I didn't think twice about it, it's late I figured we were the only order. My mom went to pick up the food and when she walked in a worker said here's your food and charged her. She realized the order was wrong afterward so I called the store to clarify in hopes that our food was still there for her to pick up after turning around. Let me preface by saying I work in the service industry too, and this was nottttt right. A woman on the phone started raising her voice at me immediately after I mentioned our order was incorrect. She was yelling at me to tell her exactly what food they (incorrectly) gave us and of course I said I'm not sure (because I didn't order it LOL). She was so angry yelling at me to tell her what they gave us "slowly and correctly" and to stop telling her I don't know. She was tweakinggg saying "what do you want me to do about it" and asking where's her food now and asking why we took the food like girl what, why was it incorrect I literally had to be like why are you so upset LOL I wish I had a recording because it was so funny how offended she got seriously yall yelling over the phone about how it's our fault. I just wanted some broth bro. If I could give this place negative stars I would, save your time

I wanted to try a Vietnamese place that I haven't had in the area that served more than pho, so I decided to come here. I was delighted to see that it looked like a hole in the wall. Service was fast and friendly. However, I ordered the pho dac biet, and it came with just beef slices and the meatball was very sad. It did not come with tripe or tendon like it was supposed to and I wasn't told they didn't have any. The broth was also kind of bland. The summer roll was good, and the banh mi was good as well. While I wasn't impressed with the place, I thought they provided very fresh ingredients in their food.

You would surely miss this place if you weren't looking for a pho place or this place specifically; it's next to the big fire station and to the side of the gas station. No frills family-owned pho. They got a very basic menu but you'll find pho and some staple viet rice dishes. Add some beer and wine to your purchase, if you fancy. We ordered cha gio and two pho's (one for me and one for my kiddos). The pho broth came out piping hot (thank you) and the meats were tender; I wish they would've put more meat than what me and the kiddos got. Their pho is one-size only. Place was a bit dark but clean. The son was very friendly and saw that my kiddos had accidentally dropped their utensils and didn't get mad/annoyed, but rather smiled and quickly brought out another one.

Food is excellent; been coming here since 2017 and I was heartbroken when I thought they'd closed down forever due to the pandemic. The egg rolls and the beef pho are well seasoned, hearty, and the proportions are generous. This is my favorite pho place in the region bar none.

A friend and I were looking for a new Pho spot and stumbled upon Pho Chi as we were driving around. A nice warm bowl of Pho on a cold day always hits the spot. The Food: Went with a bowl of Pho Tai for this visit. Wanted a large, but they only have one size. The Pho was good, just an average bowl though. Nothing noteworthy that stuck out in terms of flavor and quality. The broth was good, the meat quality was good as well. I will say, the amount of noodles I had for the one size bowl was not enough. I could clearly see the empty space in my bowl of soup. Otherwise, a decent bowl. The Service: Service was good. Staff are friendly. Food was brought out in a timely manner. The Atmosphere: Small hole in the wall Pho restaurant. Decent amount of tables to sit at, but the space did feel a little cramped. Overall, a 3/5. Just an average Pho spot, but will get the job done if you're craving some Pho.

Family owned pho restaurant, authentic Vietnamese pho. The Kobe beef pho is amazing, my go to every time I come here. It is only the mom and dad working so you do have to be patient and wait a little but it's well worth the wait. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Sometimes a 3.5-rating can mean excellent food, but horrible service. Other times, it can mean just average food and average service. We came here for dinner and my experience was more the latter. The location screams hole-in-the-wall. The menus were wrapped in plastic and were wrinkly/beat-up. It was unappealing... I would recommend refreshing their menus or offering a QR code to scan (but I'm not even sure they have a website). I ordered the pho tai bo vien (pho with eye of round beef and meatballs). The wait was inexcusably slow. They weren't busy and it wasn't peak dinner time. Even just bringing the waters took a while. There was no communication about the delays; they simply ignored us until we finally inquired on the wait - we were then told the food would be out shortly. The food finally came and they provided the additional garnishes- bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, limes, etc. Condiments were already on the table. For the wait, the food was nothing to write home about. No complaints about the proteins, but the flavor of the broth was lackluster. I've had better phos and better service in the DMV, so unfortunately, Pho Chi is a one-and-done type of place for me.

Closest pho spot to my apartment and the broth is easily the best I’ve had. I’ve tried about 20-30 different pho spots in the area and this broth is hands down the best. Dine in or take out, Pho Chi never disappoints. I really enjoy their summer rolls too!
