Best phoe service is amazing
Nice place for work lunch and family dinner
food good, but service stinks (2nd time)Ordered to pick up , both dishes were missing items. not worth going back. ordered V1 Vermicelli - came with veggies, but no vermicelli. Also ordered V2. veg noodle soup - only got broth - no noodles, broccoli, carrots, celery as per menu. On phone asked for extra sauce for V1., was assured they packed it. Got home no sauce in V1, not ANY. Only 1 set chopsticks for 2 entrees, even though told chopsticks in bag. 2nd time messed up phone order. Food is good, but not worth aggravation. There's a reason why rating is only 3.4. Will find other Pho place.
Worst pho broth in Moco!! I try different restaurants all over the county and I was very disappointed after todayIt was very watered down and had poor taste. The recipe must have changed because this used to be my favorite place.I asked to try a sample of chicken pho broth. The owner said he could not do that and was very unfriendly. Would definitely not recommend this place.
Had a P5 just lean around and lean brisket. The bean sprouts are fresh as is the line and the jalapeno peppers and I got the noodles on the side. It is delicious Absolutely hits the spot and it tastes fantastic.
Good food but don’t bother calling they never pick up the phone. Always get a busy tone
Ordered through Grubhub. Had ordered two Mango smoothies, but they weren't delivered. Had to check my order to see that the cost had been refunded. Contacted the restaurant and whomever answered was very unmoved about the entire situation. Found out that they hadn't had mango smoothies in months, but hadn't updated their menu. No one called to say that they were out of smoothies and not doing so led to me having no other options. I asked for a manager, but was told that the manager wasn't on site and they didn't know when she would be. The food was ok, but I never got the extra sauces that I requested in my order either.
Best pho! You have to try the spicy lemongrass pho!
On my lunch break today, I thought I would try this place for take out. That was my first mistake. I should have driven the few extra miles to Pho 81. I ordered the P3. When I opened the bag, the broth was in a container and plastic bag. Apparently, the broth leaked and about half ended up in the plastic bag. I was disappointed, but i still had enough in the container for the soup. However, I was really puzzled when i saw how brown and limp the bean sprouts looked. They looked like they were ready for the garbage and I did not eat them. I was puzzled because I noticed that the couple eating in the restaurant had lush and fresh looking sprouts and basil. On a positive note, the soup broth was okay and it was hot. It also had s good smount of beef in the dish. The service was fast, but what is the point if speed is traded for quality? It's like the cook assumed I would not notice or that I didn't eat all of the product. If the sprouts were going bad, why not tell me and just offer extra Hoison, Saracha or an egg roll? So, I do not recommend this place for take out. You have to eat there to make sure you get fresh veggies and sprouts.
Ordered online, worst Pho I had had, the bean sprouts were slimy and brownish, peppers were wrinkled on the edges and lime was starting to brown in the outside this reflect they have been siting for so long, see picture attached. The only good thing was plenty of meat but it was not that tasty. The spring rolls used iceberg lettuce but the peanut sauce was good at least.

Not sure why so many negative reviews, I throughly enjoyed the pho since the broth was so fresh and good. The only complaint I have is that the waitress was on her phone and not very attentive.
Worst vietnamese food ever. Second time as we wanted to give them another shot. No customers, no wonder... chicken was dry, pork was even drier if you like pork jerky. The shrimp had a foul smell to it. None of the items were fresh. Will never go back again.
Was in a rush around the area and came here to grab a quick white chicken pho with spring rolls on the side. The pho was just okay, broth could have been way better and chicken was pretty hard. They also didn’t give me bean sprouts along the pho. Spring rolls lettuce didn’t look too fresh and the peanut sauce had a weird after taste.Honestly It was pretty over priced, they have a lot to improve in and I wouldn’t eat there again with other options in the area.
I ordered two spring chicken rolls, they handed me the frozen uncooked one’s. When I asked to fry it, the cashier said she doesn’t know if they are frying anything anymore ?. She spoke with the cook and he handed me again another frozen one. When I asked for a refund, then he fried it too oily which smelled weird and literally throw the box at me. I don’t think I’ll ever go there anymore. This my second time there and I believe I’m done with them.
Food was terrible.. worst Vietnamese food I’ve ever had! And the delivery guy left the food by the door and the broth and drinks were spilled. Stay away!
