The food and service and staff is beyond amazing. It’s also high tech with the robots bringing your food to you. I come from silver spring just to come eat this pho!

Came in on a Sunday for a table of 6 around 7PM. The food is good but the service is very slow. We ordered 2 appetizer samplers and only 1 came out, the other came out 20 minutes later after asking a bunch of times. Also, we ordered hot tea when we sat down and we did not get it until literally 30 minutes into the meal. This place really needs to learn how to balance bigger tables with smaller ones because every table around mine who had less than 4 people were getting served very quickly and were even finished before we even got our food. The food tastes good and is priced okay. I order a Vermicelli bowl at every Pho place I go to and the one I got here is good but a bit overpriced, $21 for all meats but only comes with 2 pieces of shrimp. Pho bowl was very good though with the small bowl being $12 and a large being $14.

I love the food, tasted authentic. Place is clean, service is fast, owner is friendly. I wished the pho is served piping hot though. The presence of 2 robots added bonus point. At one time, 1 of them said that she can't be late for work, she could get fired, when the 2 robots were in a traffic jam near kitchen entrance. Their names are Rice and Noodle.

Went here last week w my sib- hope she reviews as she is Elite from jump. To me the overall Pho experience was right w/ Pho75 in Rockville many years ago. I enjoyed my pho & lemonade. The tech was cool- if it helps them, great. New look/feel inside. I was comfortable. For an Asian restaurant, service was solid. The sib paid double tip- as lady was cool. Again to me, the overall Pho experience was solid. This place is the in between Pho81 & Pho House for locale. All I consider solid for what pho should be - a quick convenient, delish meal. #nomnom

This has become our go-to pho and viet resto. We were excited they opened a store in Gaithersburg because it’s closer and the parking lot is a lot more spacious than its Rockville location. While I miss the days of $6 pho in the area, this place is quite good for the price and hits the spot. We always order the fried spring rolls (A1) and my regular pho order is P9. The pho has a good amount of meat and fixings. Their thai tea is surprisingly delicious too- not as sweet and artificial tasting as some others are. This location also has these little robot machines that deliver your food! The wait for the food is always 5-10mins- often times closer to the 5 min mark. Service is always friendly as well. I dont love the ambience inside- not a fan of the cold overhead lighting- but I’m here for the food!Parking: Lots of spots in a spacious parking lot!

PROS * Excellent and strong iced coffee, which is saying something in an area with 4 other shops that sell coffee. * Good food and service. CONS * The dishes I've had so far are fairly tame and I foudn myself digging into the available hot sauce. * Bahn mi sandwiches are just okay Other notes: No issues with parking, I've never had a problem getting served during the lunch rush.
