Terrible value for money. Bun Bo Hue - watered down broth with a stale meat smell. I've had this dish from different pho restaurants all my life and never have I ever tasted something like this... I sent the dish back... Wonton soup - wonton looks big on the menu's picture, extremely small in real life. How dare they charge $10 for this... Pho - mediocre, very stingy on the meat portion. Got only one piece of tripe in the bowl. Too expensive for what it is. Service is fine. The waiter/cashier was friendly. This review is solely on food.

The owner is super nice. But the food was ok. The beef soup base was pretty watery. And the pork chop was tough and chewy. I wish the food could match the niceness of the owner. Sorry...

I've been here before and I don't remember it being that bad. I ordered the bun bo hue because they were out of soft tendons and my fiancé got pho. Both soups lacked depth in favor and tasted very very watered down. The bun bo hue has a very odd spice that I can't quite pin point. I've never tasted the spice in other bun bo hue's. The only thing I liked was the fried spring roll! But how could you mess that up? I was going to order a spring roll Togo because I was still hungry. But the server was too busy. Overall, very disappointing and definitely won't be going back!

We love Pho Viet Saigon ever since they first open. The place is clean, and the service is very friendly. They have a variety of different delicious Vietnamese dishes from pho to grilled shrimp with rice noodles. All of the dishes we tried are delicious and plentiful. The restaurant is located in the same location as Brewster's ice cream shop on 355 N which is very easy to find. I introduced my mom to the restaurant then she became a regular for many years until her passing. My mom said the owners and the staff were like family to her. We love eating at a place where not only the food is great, but the service is outstanding.

Went to get ice cream from Brusters with the family. I hadn't had dinner yet and spotted this place in the shopping center. Went in thinking it was a PHO place. Got the lemongrass chicken and rice and I was blown away. The chicken was perfectly cooked and very flavorful, the rice was PERFECT. I normally like spicy chicken, but I'll make an exception for this. I asked the guy working there if he could make it spicy and he politely said no. However he gave me some delicious hot sauce to use. He was right, it was perfect as is. I'll be back soon!

This place is wonderful! Clean and cozy, staff is friendly and very helpful. And they have the most delicious pho I've ever tried. My whole family loves this place.

Got the vermicelli bowl. Meat is good quality. Egg roll is delicious. I’m happy with the service and portion size. Note that prices are higher than in the menu pictures online, but $13 felt fair to me. Happy to support a small business!

First time visiting this location. The online price isn't accurate. A large bowl cost me 13.20 w/tax which is higher than places around it (~9 online menu). Anyways, I get it for to go and when I reached home I discovered that the container wasn't properly sealed and half of my broth leaked out of the container. What a shame. I terms of quality and taste I would rate it 7/10. I have had better pho for less.

This place is a nice establishment and has some good food! When I'm craving Vietnamese food that more than just pho I come here. I really enjoy getting the rice noodle dishes because it reminds me of home. I've recently been able to try the ca ri ga (chicken curry) because I've been craving it so bad and I was happy to see it on the menu. They also recently added banh beo (steamed rice cakes with toppings?) and it's a childhood favorite of mine too. I don't think I've ever seen this on a menu anywhere, only in the shops in Eden. It's nice I don't have to drive down to Eden to eat some good Viet food.

We were looking for a pho place in the area and found Pho Viet Saigon nearby. With a solid 4-star rating, we were hopeful. But something doesn't add up... literally. I'm prettttty sure they overcharged me, but bad on me for not asking for an itemized receipt. We initially tried ordering on Grubhub for pickup, but they are delivery only on the ordering service. So, we called them up and ordered for pickup over the phone instead. Three entrees and a side of summer rolls cost approximately $50. As the guy punched in the numbers for the entrees, already the prices were higher than what was advertised on the menu. The summer rolls side ($3.95 on Grubhub) was closer to $5. Pho entrees advertised as $8-$9 on the GrubHub page were coming up as $11 and change. Even with the potential $2.25 upcharges for additional toppings and factoring in tax, the total is unusually high. A ballpark estimate on Grubhub was approximately $35 after tax. I wondered whether there was a miscommunication and instead of "extra toppings," they would give us whole other entrees, but the food order was correct. So maybe the miscommunication was with the guy who rung us up on the register... perhaps he thought we ordered five entrees. But I maintain that they definitely overcharged me (though it didn't occur to me until after paying and getting the order. Consider it a generous tip in COVID times...) I was not impressed with their takeout game. While they did provide us with a bag of garnishes (bean sprouts, mint, basil, cilantro, limes, hoisin, etc.), there was no sriracha, napkins, or utensils. Those luxuries are apparently reserved for those who opt to dine-in. And while they did separate the broth and the pho so that they noodles wouldn't get too soggy, they package the noodles in a Chinese carryout container, so when you dump them in your bowl, it's literally a "square disappointment." The flavor of the pho was fine; nothing special but not offensive either. The broth was a little greasy. I didn't try the bun bo hue or summer rolls, but the summer rolls looked like a hearty size with shrimp in each bite. The restaurant had a nice ambiance, but I feel somewhat slighted. For what I paid and what I ate, it was not good value overall.

I’m a Pho lover. I have a Pho restaurant in almost every county in MD and up and down the West Coast. This spot delivered some goodness to my stomach. I got the beef Pho w/eye of round steak. It was my 1st visit due to my stay in the area.
