&pizza - Gaithersburg Square

The food was very good, as it is at all of the &pizza locations. The customer service, however, is not up to par at this location, and has not been for a long time. I’ve had two negative interactions On two different days now at this location, Where the employee was acting, unnecessarily, rude, and entitled when I literally just came in and told them who I was picking up for.

Stay away from this store. I made a trip recently and ended up getting 2 burnt pizza. Also in the very beginning I asked if I can replace one topping and the lady was sure. In the end they charge me extra.

I went early on the weekend and the staff was awful. Maybe they have decent folks later in the day I do not know

Great customer service and quality control. The three gentleman we had interaction with was amazing. Hopefully they continue to provide the same price performance and we’ll be back once a week continuously!

Waited in line for 15 minutes and was told with an attitude that we will have to continue to wait for 10 minutes so they can work on other orders when we were next in line. Terrible customer service

Worst customer service EVER experienced. Wasn’t greeted when first came in nor asked if I was ready NOTHING . I literally stood in-front of the worker with the Edgar haircut for 5minutes…& Was only spoken to because I SPOKE UP , like hello you have a customer ?? Very unprofessional. AND GOT MY ORDER WRONG. Honestly didn’t even bother going back in to fix it.
Also the inside was completely filthy 🥴 used napkins thrown all over the place.

I wish I could have given this store a 0 Honestly customer service here is nonexistent, As you walked in everyone just looked like they were miserable and annoyed to serve the gusts and to top it off the supervisor Mikey is honestly the rudest, I’ve been going there almost everyday for a year for lunch and after what happened today definitely will never return to this location, tho Rio location if further to me I’ll go outa my way to make sure I get quality customer service

Pizza was good but the arugula was yellow and green. I asked the person who made the pizza if they had a better arugula and he said that was what they had. The issue could have been solved by only taken away the yellow leave to make it more presentable.
