My mother-in-law got a big box from this particular location two weeks ago. Unfortunately the food made her sick! She actually went to the same store just a couple of days ago to inform them that she got sick from their food. There is this somewhat short and young Hispanic woman that works there. Her hair is usually pulled back in a ponytail and she stands at about 5 feet tall. She usually is there at the store and let me tell you she has a very nasty and funky attitude! She always acts as if she is being bothered. She says to my mother-in-law that there was no way their food made her sick as she surely has the wrong location. My mother-in-law stormed out of the restaurant and actually drove back to our home which is honestly right around the corner from these guys, came back and showed this woman her receipt. She had this employee in a bold faced lie and how does the employee respond? By offering her free food! My mother-in-law told her she doesn’t want any free food, especially after it made her extremely sick. She ended the conversation by telling her that she had been a long time patron of this store and that she was done after that day and never coming back. I don’t blame her! The inside of this place looks pretty raggedy and dirty. I personally have gone to this Pizza Hut multiple times when doing deliveries for DoorDash or Uber eats and I can confirm that this woman has a funky, anti-social attitude and needs better training with her communication skills and interactions. I also ended up getting sick from that food as well as my wife, all from the same order. So we all definitely will not be eating at this place again and as a delivery driver, I refuse to deliver food from this particular establishment to customers, knowing that the food is making them sick. This particular Pizza Hut needs to do better! Y’all been warned! Stay away!

Terrible service, they gave me the pizza burnt on top and raw inside. We ordered some cheese sticks and the same thing happened, the whole pizza was burnt. Not recommended.

Well Odored 2large pizza and a drink, No good doesn’t taste good at all ! I always Oder white pizza I have done this almost 48 states been to all 50 states over 400 cities! But this was the worst pizzas taste horrible!

Pizza lacked flavor and was not made properly. Chicago tavern style pizza was supposed to be toppings edge to edge but was made with bare crust portions like regular pizza resulting in hard edges that hurt your mouth. Pizza makers at this location need better training.

I received the wrong soda and door dash didn't give any help or compensation. Zero sugar pepsi, GROSS. I called the store and they put me on hold forever so I couldn't get this issue addressed. In addition, this item is advertised as coming with BONELESS wings. This is the third time I've received regular bone in wings. I also asked them to contact me if an item wasn't available and they did not. It sucks that this Pizza Hut is so terrible on getting the items correct because I do like Pizza Hut pizza.
