Very bad and disappointed I place a order and I get bbq wings and I went to the store if I can exchange for the spicy ones..the General manager Valeria was so rude and she said she can’t do that I told her that I work in a restaurant and that happens to me a lot of time and I did change it for the customer make them happy .. but she was like no this is a big restaurant we don’t do that …. To me very bad service

Pizza was great! I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a couple years and decided I wanted to try the Cheesy Bites Pizza from an Ad I saw on Hulu. This was just what I wanted to eat, highly recommend!

Got na order of mild wings after being given the wrong order. Waited additional 15 minutes and wings given to me tasted as urine smelled. One bite and they are now getting tested for DNA. Pathologist friends come in handy. SMH

The presentation of the boneless honey bbq wings is garbage. I could have air fried a bag a frozen chicken nuggets and drizzled some bbq sauce on it for less than what I paid for the $8 my hut box, which includes a personal 4-slice pizza with 1 topping and a side. I chose the boneless honey bbq wings because I ordered them a long time ago from a location in P.G County, and they looked way and tasted way better than the Mo County location on the muddy branch way. I'll never order these wings again out this way. 😩 So disappointed and not worth the 20 minutes I had to wait for my food to be prepared. This is why I meal prep at home.

Honestly, after many years stay away from Pizza Hut, I gave them another chance but they failed. I believe their pizza is on the same level as seven-eleven junk food. Period.
