Don’t waste your time or money! Orders are never ready on time and are always wrong! We have tried this location multiple times. Tonight I placed an online order 40 minutes before I wanted to pick it up. I got a confirmation text with a pick up time of 5:50. Upon arrival I was annoyed to find out that yet again our order wasn’t ready on time. After waiting 30 minutes, while the one employee took a smoke break, we finally got our food… just for it to not be right!

I have ordered from multiple poke bros locations and never had any issues at other locations until I ordered from the Gaithersburg location… normally I go in to the establishment but today I got it delivered. I had gotten a premade bowl but added an extra protein. When i received my bowl the rice portion was majority of the bowl with very little protein and the vegetables in the bowl were chopped very uneven in an almost inedible manner. As I was eating the bowl I realized that the rice tasted completely spoiled and couldn’t even finish the bowl. I don’t normally leave reviews but I was very disappointed with the food I have received from this location.

Ridiculous. I made an order online and paid. Got a text that my order was ready and when I arrived the shop was closed for no apparent reason. I head unable to get my food. This is the second time I had arrived to find the door locked during opening hours and the door saying open. The last time I hadn’t already ordered and paid so it was just annoying but this time I already ordered and paid for a meal. Then I call to complain and get my money back and the phone mailbox is full and no one answers. This is horrible service and I will never be trying this place again.

Came in on a Thursday afternoon wanting some poke and no one was at the counter. Waited for 20+ minutes and also said hello multiple times to see if anyone was in the kitchen but no one came out or responded…I just wanted some poke ? didn’t think I’d come into an “open” restaurant with no service.

The food quality was amazing, but building a bowl is very expensive than other restaurants. I got two build your own bowls that cost $21 each. They charge you for two different proteins and some toppings which other poke places don't. If you went to save money, you should go to Obey Poke, which is basically the same as poke bros instead.

Lovely place! Good for takeout, food is reasonably priced, and good.
Would give 5 stars for everything but what’s up with the schedule? Never know when you’re actually open. Went there few times in last 2 weeks and place was closed in the middle of the day. Should be open according to the schedule. Tried even calling prior to coming and nobody answers. Kinda wasted my time by coming by when your schedule is not stable.
Upd. Today tried my luck again and same thing. Looks like they are open when they feel like it ;). Done with this place.
Poke Bros. doesn't always have fresh ingrediants. The wontons have been stale. In addition, a friend gave me a $20 egift card that can't be used in store and they can't guarantee that it can be used online either. I hate that they took my friend's money and won't honor the gift card. For that reason alone, I don't recommend this restaurant. Poor customer service.

Food was so so… The rice was super clumpy. I picked the food up and ate it right away, so it’s not like I let it sit for a while. Protein portions are a bit stingier than other places, too. The guy at the counter was super friendly though! I’ll probably give them another try.

I got food poisoning. The tuna was a dark brownish-reddish color and I thought it was because I got the marinated tuna but now I think it was that color because it was both bad and marinated. This was the only thing that had changed in my diet as well so it had to be this that gave me food poisoning. I usually eat raw fish and sushi multiple times a month and have never had this issue. Do not go here. I am fighting for my life right now with how bad my stomach hurts.
