Every time I come to this location it’s a problem. Last week I was told I had to wait 25 min for chicken to cook. The week before that they had no white meat chicken! Tonight I pull up at 8:45 to be greeted and then they say we’re closed! So why do you even say hello thru the speaker at the drive thru if you’re closed. I’m so over this location. The staff is not friendly at all. I’m thinking it’s because I’m not Latino! I guarantee if I was Latino, my order would have been taken tonight! You just lost a damn good customer. I will drive to the Wheaton location going forward. I’ve never had a problem there and the staff is much friendlier!
