The night shift never has enough chicken ready. Everytime I come it’s a 30-45 mins wait while they fry. Some days the staff seems angry that customers are here. Also if it’s 2 hours before closing they will not have half the menu. Totally unprofessional experience. Day shift seems better.

Popeyes Review – A Truly Disappointing and Disturbing Experience
I visited this Popeyes location looking forward to some perfectly fried chicken. At first glance, everything looked fine—the chicken was visually appealing. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there, both for me and my dog.
My total came to $52. I usually meal prep, and planned to use the chicken as part of my meals for the week. However, after eating just one piece, I became violently ill. I also noticed the mashed potatoes were oddly lumpy and unappetizing—I couldn’t finish them.
Like many pet owners, I gave the leftovers to my dog. That turned out to be a terrible mistake. Not only did I suffer from nausea, vomiting, and severe headaches, but my dog has now been throwing up for two days. I can’t help but ask: what was in that food?
I feel absolutely sick—physically and emotionally. I paid $52 only to end up feeling poisoned. It’s heartbreaking and frustrating.
To make matters worse, the customer service was just as bad. The manager seemed more focused on chatting with friends behind me than helping me. I had to wait for her to finish her personal conversation before she even acknowledged me. When she did, she rushed my order, apparently because a delivery driver was waiting. Honestly, I feel like I was handed the leftovers or worst parts of the food just to get my order out of the way.
I’m not from Maryland, but I keep getting sick when I eat out here. This visit ended with me back in the ER for what seems to be another case of food poisoning. I just want to get home safely at this point.
This experience has left me completely disgusted and disappointed—not just with this Popeyes, but with the state of restaurant food safety in general. All we ask as customers is to be served safe, quality food that matches what’s advertised. This location failed on every level.

I hate giving 1 star reviews, but this establishment deserves it. Staff is ridiculously rude and unwelcoming. They mess up my order every time. The last time I was there, I ordered 8 spicy thighs and they ended up giving me a mix of wings, legs, breasts.. how do you mess that up? When I approached them about it, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and even rolled their eyes at me. Not my fault that they can’t read a simple order.

Overpriced tasteless chicken. This place makes McDonald’s seem like gourmet. $12 for five chicken tenders that are over fried is daylight robbery. There’s nothing worth eating here and certainly nothing healthy. At least McDonald’s put a pickle in their burger and the five dollar menu will fill you. You’ll leave Popeyes with that yucky film of grease coating your mouth. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a smile at the checkout. We didn’t. If you’re absolutely starving I suggest you look for an alternative before you come in here. Finally I have been to Louisiana and I have tried their amazing chicken. They don’t sell it at Popeyes.

Manager Lisa of this corporation refuses to pay employee wages from 2021when he was a minor after agreeing to pay employee. After not honoring back and forth communication with employee's parent from 2021 until today, a small claim will be filed in district court against corporation. Really sad.
Took over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and the person at the counter barely understood what we said.

I went to buy chicken for the first time in that place and the woman who served me made me feel bad, I took some cutlery and she told me that the chicken I bought did not come with cutlery and she made me take it out of the bag, I think it was the supervisor because
shirt was gray on my part I won't go back to that

I had made a Uber eats pickup order and to make a long story short, they gave it to someone else. No verification that it was theirs or anything. My boyfriend who was picking it up for me was ignored most of the time he was there and then told they couldn’t remake it because the initials on the ticket said DLV which means delivery. My boyfriend does door dashing part time and I work in the food industry as well and we both knew that DLV clearly meant the order was placed through a DELIVERY SERVICE app, not meaning it was for delivery. But even so, this “dasher” that came in to get it would’ve had no identification or proof he was a dasher picking up my order. Meaning this location does not check and verify dashers before food is sent out of their restaurant. After calling Uber and getting my money back, I called the restaurant (took me 6 times of calling to get a hold of them) and told them I was replacing the order and to not give it to anyone except my boyfriend. She assured me that it would get to him and it did but not without an unnecessary comment of “well it’s a good thing she called first.” It’s not my job to make sure MY food goes to the right person and I should not have to call to make sure it does.

They even gave me a free fountain drink when it was going to take a few minutes to have multiple chicken thighs cooked for my take home order.

The employees here are on point! Everything was pretty fresh and didn't take too long. Staff is kind and helpful. The food was great. Better than other Popeyes locations. Don't forget to use the app for some discounts. Will be back!

this place is the worst popeyes i’ve ever been to. the manager is absolutely the WORST part of it. she is rude, and not the right fit for a leader’s position. the way she treats her employees are shocking, may i add.. the chicken is a straight GREASE BALL. i spent nearly $14 on a meal that i completely threw away. the chicken is beyond oily, the fries are cold and soggy even after being made, and overall nasty. also.. they only ever have ONE register open. even when they’re packed (which is around lunch hour) spend your money elsewhere.
