First of all, they don’t have anything but sugary drinks. You can get a bottle of water for up charge. The food quality is so so, when I asked them why they don’t have unsweet tea they mumbled something about not having the container and then walked off and ignored me. And the dining room is filthy. And it kind of smells like old musty, grease cause they haven’t cleaned the kitchen in forever. So either if you want diabetes.

This freaking Popeyes store that I always go to coz my son likes Popeyes chicken tenders. Always mess up my order even though I'm kinda their regular. I always order a mild chicken tenders coz my kids can't eat spicy. The freaking wannabe Manager who doesn't want to say his name even though I asked him several times. (I will come back there and will take pictures of him). Messed up my order again for how many times now. All I want is for him to apologize for the wrong order or admit his fault for not listening, but NO he started to argue and raising his voice instead, then blaming me for his mistake for giving me the wrong order. General manager needs to teach those wannabe Manager the proper way to treat a customer specially a regular customer.

Went in to grab a large 4-piece combo but only received 1 side…had to pay almost $5 for the additional side that wasn’t even a scoop full…the Spanish lady manager is the one who made and served it to me🤬🤬🤬🤬

The drive thru road is way too narrow. It's got concrete blocks at the end of the order board that make it difficult to navigate to the window. Be careful! Low front end cars will have a problem on the short turn.

It is an excellent place to eat. I loved the place because it is well equipped and the workers are very friendly.

Unfortunately, the workers are doing a terrible job. Last time they tried to trick me with my order for the tenders. They never give you the complete order and the worst thing is that when I confronted them, they got very upset. That’s happened in Gaithersburg 417 N Frederick Ave

On 4/1/25 I went to the store to eat with my family and the truth is that they treated me very well. The employees are very generous and they give the order super fast. My family and I were happy because we shared our time there and the employee Ulysses was very good to us and treated us kindly.

I ordered a special using the Popeyes app, which suggested and offered me the Festive Family Box for $20. With one upgrade, the price was $20.50 plus tax. The app asked me to confirm the order by item, not by price. When I paid, my card was charged $39. Later I found out that was the full nondiscounted price of each individual item.
I asked about the price discrepancy at the store before accepting the order, and the manager told me that the store only fulfills food orders and is not responsible for prices charged in the app. The order was already paid and there was nothing to do but take home the food.
I posted an inquiry/complaint through the app. The person who responded said that I was overcharged, and that it was the fault of the store. They posted a partial food credit to my app account (not a refund) and told me to be careful in the future not to fall into this trap again. They said that they will tell the store to stop overcharging.
I will not be inclined to order at this location again. The employees I saw were busily engaged with serving customers and getting the orders out fast. But management claims that the store is not responsible for charging almost double the advertised price. It failed to honor the offer that prompted me to make the purchase in the first place, dealt in bad faith, and told me that I would have to take up my complaint with the app. That is a dealbreaker.
There are plenty of other places to eat.
Update: The situation has not been corrected.
Owner: if you really want to win back my business and earn a positive review, then refund the overcharge, which is the right thing to do.

Excellent service, very friendly employees, the supervisor Jonathan is professional, the restaurant is very clean, the parking is ample and the food is fresh, an excellent place to share with the family.

The food was fresh and the man who took my order was great. I did have an issue with an employee in a grey shirt. I asked for a cup for water, but was told no. I didn't argue but the woman proceeded to go on a rant in Spanish about how I didn't want water, and how I was just trying to be sneaky and get soda. She was speaking to the man that helped me, and thought I couldn't understand her, but I am mixed and speak Spanish as well. I let them know it was rude and uncalled for. I was not rude or argumentative about being denied water, but the woman still made a lot of assumptive comments about my intentions. I left feeling very upset. She needs to work on her customer service and not talk about people right in front of them.
*Update: the owner who responds to these reviews also doesn't care. They offer nothing but a "sorry, hope you come back".....just ridiculous*
