Once again this location has failed me again, After the owner has already made up for the first mistake. Here comes another situation of ordering your food online using their app and it’s stealing money & time from customers. I waited over 2 hours waiting on an order while at work. AGAIN I WILL NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION A CHANCE ANYMORE. ALL THEIR ONLINE ORDERS ARE DELAYED AND NO DRIVER ARE EVER CONNECTED. THIS MUST BE A SCAM. I will stick to the potbelly’s in Germantown from now on. The guy who started my sandwich and the cashier were great. Now the girl who did the toppings did a horrible job. She wrapped the sandwich so messy. Definitely not something you serve to a customer. All the extra avocado we paid for was on the wrapper. I was annoyed when we got home and saw this mess. The bread was soggy and wet. Even though we got no oil on it. It was a huge disappointment. If I’d have the energy we would’ve driven back and got our money back. I just hope the next customer doesn’t get a sandwich like this .

I placed an online order using their app that they promote so damn much, just to be robbed for my money and time, waiting on a delivery that never connected to a driver. I ordered from UberEats and I forgot to add toppings to my sub. So I tried to call the store immediately after ordering to add toppings. I tried calling 3 times and no one answered. Will not order again from this location due to lack of customer service and poor management.
I really appreciated the team at this store. My fiancé and I visited, and I let them know that I have an allergy. They cleaned everything up before making my sandwich, which I was really thankful for! Thank you to everyone there. The food was incredible!

I've enjoyed Potbelly sandwich shop, and find this location to be clean, convenient, and comfortable. It is also reasonably priced for the quantity and quality of the food. It is a great choice for lunch or dinner, with a movie or a walk around the lake.

It was busy during the lunch time and sandwiches came out ok. Only problem with store is they need better ventilation system. As you walk in the store, you can smell something was burning. It's because they have two opened ovens to cook sandwiches. My hair and whole clothes smell like burning for the rest of the day. I kept coming this store because they maintained the place very good, but I always afraid to go there due to the issue.
