Very unprofessional rude bald headed guy. Don't know if he is the manager or what. Order your food somewhere else if you can

Ordered takeout and both my sandwhich and my wife's were prepared incorrectly. I don't think we'll ever go here again.

I had the absolute worst customer service experience at this location. I would never recommend this store to anyone. The so-called manager, Mike, is unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. He acts like he owns the place and everyone else is an inconvenience to him.

While I was still shopping and deciding on a few extra items, he started rushing me to pay, standing over me like I was taking too long, even though the store wasn’t busy. The moment he saw I was adding more things, he tried to run my card again without even explaining the charge. When I asked him why he was rushing me and trying to charge me so quickly, he got defensive and acted like I was the problem.

Mike clearly has no idea how to treat customers with basic respect. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any store. I won’t be coming back

Elijah is the manager there and I went IN STORE to make my sandwiches and they charged me for extra bacon and still got my order COMPLETELY wrong. Though I was clear and in their faces. I would not go back to this location the customer service was horrible and refused to refund me money even though they are the ones that messed up but expected me to come back in from my home to get ANOTHER sandwich this was so disappointing

Ordered the Wreck with double meat and extra mayo. It was excellent. I love a messy sandwich and it delivered.

The price point was good. Not too expensive but not cheap either.

I order from that place it is very very good I like it even the Barbecue chip too

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had from a Potbelly’s. The soup (loaded baked potato) was basically liquid milk. The chicken salad sandwich was so soggy and didn’t have what was directed to be on it. Same with the other sandwich and Mac n cheese—just gross. Disappointing.

You want no tomatoes on your sandwich....get ready for EXTRA tomatoes. Oh, you must have ordered the ham and swiss....here let me give you a turkey sandwich!! No.....no...this is not a joke. THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED. I reached out to management to see if they could fix it and they didn't. Potbelly as a company is good.....this location however falls outside of the bounds of what the company is striving for. Go to this location and see for yourself. If they do NOT mess up your order you got lucky. Go to another location it is in your best interest OR....PANERA is right next to them. Good option.

I came at 8:20 and the door is locked and I see them cleaning for the night even though it closes at 9. They also have a sign on the door that says “no in store orders” third party delivery only.

Just your average scam restaurant. They overcharge for food, and will skimp you and not give you what your ordered. The menu is false advertising. My Italian sandwich was literally bread and lettuce. It supposed to have 4 different meats. This place is a joke, save your money

Went here on a rainy Saturday, and it was everything I needed from a sandwich shop. The staff was friendly and professional, but personable in a comforting way. The food was tasty as always, and I was surprised and delighted to see a Churro shake on the menu?? Incredible. And I love the atmosphere in Potbelly; especially on a rainy day, it’s just a nice place to be.

I went to this place today 11-9-2023 at 5.29 pm, there are two employees working the short employee attitude very unacceptable, please take this to consideration going to this place.Only very few customers I saw all the time, which mean something going on.Make sure you get fresh
