I tried this place 3 times since it’s much closer than the Rollins Ave location which is my favorite location . Every time I left this store mad and disappointed! Employees there especially the girls are definitely not trained to work at customer service fields! They are rude and don’t know how to greet or say thank you ! My Very last visit here my steak burrito had 9 pieces of Fijita Veggie and about 12 pieces of steak ! No fork or spoons was put in my bag or available at the counter next to soda machine ! Only napkin was available! How are we suppose to eat one of our burrito bowl?? I swear I’m not exaggerating! All 3 of my visits had issues and they don’t care or try to resolve it !

I’m SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED at this location. These employees are CLEARLY RACIST and they don’t even try to hide it. I don’t know if this is an independent owned franchise but every time I go there it’s ALWAYS an issue with my order. I know ALOT of ppl that patronizes this restaurant and I have a lot of influence I don’t want to have to write an awful review in my magazine about the HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES that are employed here. It’s always good to be kind and respectful to your customers because you never know WHO the customers are or how that customer could impact your business. I hope management have trainings on customer service because if I go to this location again only to be treated like I don’t belong I’ll be forced to do what is right.
