Quincy's Bar and Grille

The bartender was very mean and rude. She looks to be in her 50s, and is tall, thin, and wears glasses. My friends and I were insulted by her and don’t plan on coming back. Very poor service and very unprofessional.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From start to finish, my experience tonight was absolutely terrible.

When I arrived and sat down, I waited over 10 minutes without being greeted or given a menu. The server never came to my table—I had to get up and find her myself just to place an order. That alone set the tone for the rest of the visit.

After ordering, the food took an unreasonably long time to come out. While waiting, I kept noticing small things crawling on and around me the entire time. I don’t know if they were gnats or some other type of pest, but it was extremely uncomfortable and made it hard to even sit there.

When the food finally arrived, it was just as disappointing. I ordered a chopped salad, meatballs, and spiced shrimp, and every item was bad.
• The shrimp was not fully cooked
• The meatballs and salad were bland and unpleasant
Nothing had flavor, and the quality was unacceptable.

The waitress barely checked on me, and once I was done eating, I again had to track her down just to get my check.

Because of the poor service, long waits, unsanitary environment, and terrible food, I left no tip and will never return. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Great people both employees and clientele. Food is decent, solid pizza and cheeses teak. Bar scene is solid during the day.

Server messed up and mixed up our drinks, leading to my friend who was sober for three years drinking my cocktail. We double checked vehemently and still got them given to us mixed up. Please be careful if you’re coming and are sober.

I wish I could comment on the food and drinks. This used to be my go-to spot a few years ago, and when my husband and I moved back to the area we were excited to return. We came in this Sunday around 3:45 for football.

A young lady in a pink shirt directed us to seat ourselves, gave us menus, and said she would be right over. Unfortunately, she never returned. She later seated a table of three men directly next to us, and we were hopeful she might take our drink order then. Before she walked away, we politely waved, but she still walked off. We gave her the benefit of the doubt that she might not have noticed us.

The final straw was when she asked the men—who had just been seated about ten minutes after us—if they wanted drinks before ever checking on us. After waiting that long without being acknowledged, we decided to leave. Sadly, we will not be back. We left about 4:10 after no service, went to Taco Bamba a few feet away, and are happily sipping on drinks at 4:20. :)

I recently placed an order for a Chicken Sandwich, Tater tots, and Chicken tenders. Unfortunately, the Tator Tots accompanying the Chicken Sandwich were of inferior quality and lacked flavour. I couldn’t eat them, so I had to dispose of them. Additionally, the Chicken Tenders were unseasoned and would have benefited from seasoning and a side of ranch dressing.

The total cost of the order was $30.98, with an additional $1.25 surcharge for the egg in the chicken sandwich.

Thank you for your attention to my review. I hope the food quality improves, and I hope next time ketchup and ranch are included on the side.

Just came here first time, no AC. It is unbearable hot in August here. Regulars say AC has been broken for months. They have crappy indoor ac units that do nothing. Why can't they afford to fix there AC system? It also smells like weed in here and the bathroom is dirty. Manager seems angry as well. Wouldn't come back till they fix basic HVAC and cleanliness.

If you want to drink is ok
But to order food.....no !

Our server Genna was really sweet. She recommended a lot of great things. My favorite was the brownie sundae. I will be back!!!
