Went here with family and the food was very good!! Excellent service as well. Nice to see a chain restaurant that still has high service and food quality. The prices have definitely gone up though.

Worker/Host, not sure who he was didn't greet us, didn't ask us if we were dining in or out. He asked a server who was making drinks if he could take on another table and that servers response was "I guess"... isn't there somewhere you can see seating charts and availability?He gave us wet napkins, sat us down and didn't say we'd be helped - I guess you could assume someone would help us since he asked the server if he could take on another table but that's not great service and it's not safe to assume.We came in on a Sunday night, a little before 7pm. It has been years since I've felt the need to walk out of a restaurant before even being served water.

If I order one more lobster pasta and it shows up just full of tomatoes and no lobster, I’m coming to your restaurant and you are not going to enjoy the storm I bring with me..$40 for tomato cube pasta… You people are playing with fire.. Keep it up..Try me..

We had a server names Lauren who was rude first of all 1st mistake she made my mom who is in a wheelchair get out the chair and in a booth cause she said she couldn't give us a table 2nd we didn't get our drinks till apertizer came out 3rd never came to check back then after waiting a hour our food comes out cold which she touched with bare hands and wanted us to eat somthing her hand where on 2 was nasty told us it's not cold and that she would eat that and my sister said please get a manager and she said thats irrelevant I was not happy with her and that was last time ill go there we we first got there she was outside smoking or vapimg she walked in and didn't wash her hand and then sat us and felt with our food also so but the kitchen manager was very nice

I'm active duty military and I've lived in the states for a year. In the entire year I've been back stateside I have not experienced this terrible service. We were met by a hostess that seemed annoyed that she had to do her job and walked by a bar where the bartender was on her phone with earbuds in. Took over a half hour to get drinks, would have taken longer if I didn't say something. Apparently the bartender was giving the servers attitude so the manager had to make the drinks. So the drinks were terrible. In that situation I would expect the manager to come to the table and apologize. Nope. Everything took too long to get to the table. Food was forgettable. An order was wrong. I used to love Red Lobster but now I'd easily pay more to eat somewhere else. Don't come here.

My Dad likes Red Lobster, so I took him to the Gaithersburg location on his 89th birthday. It was a Sunday so I expected a wait, but after waiting an hour to be seated, we wondered why after noticing many empty tables in the dining room.We waited about 10 mins after being seated for someone to greet us and take our drink order and another 10 for the biscuits. The food was standard Red Lobster fare (Ultimate Feast) which I mostly enjoyed but the service and wait times for everything including the check was atrocious.The restaurant was understaffed and it showed. Additionally some of the staff were undertrained because it was lobster-fest and when I asked a staff member if there was a separate lobster-fest menu he said there wasn't one and when I asked my waiter when he finally came he brought one for me. That visit unfortunately will likely be my last.

Ordered Doordarsh and our delivery person on time to restaurant for pickup (52 min wait expected) . We were located across the street at Sheraton Hotel. Finally, we received order after 2+ hrs. Order was cold, 4 items missing from our order, in addition to utensils requested.Only willing to refund a total of $8.Our total order cost $170!Very frustrating and disappointing.

Last Saturday I went with my wife to celebrate an important date at the Redlobster restaurant in Shady Grove Rockville.And it was a disaster since we got poisoned from the sea food that apparently was not fresh, too expensive and very poor quality. We will not return to that place and I will recommend to my friends to never go to that restaurant.
