The food was great. The staff needs to learn how to greet people when the come in. I stood in front of 2 male employees for 5 minutes before the said anything. There were looking at other orders for a long time .they could of at least said hello. We will be right with you.

Delicious! Good portion but on the expensive side. $20 a meal if you get a fries and drink with the sandwich.

Great staff. Very accommodating

On monday april 21, 2025 around 1pm. I placed an online order. I always loved roaming rooster. I normally go to crofton location i love it there. mind all the locations are about an hour away from me. First time going here was the worst experience ever. The front cashier was busy with customers, She turned her head and looked at me in a rude way when i passed by her when i went to the bathroom. BOTH bathrooms door knob said VACANT but it needed a code. I go to the cashier wait till shes done with the customer, i see that customer going to the bathroom and i say “hi im picking up an online order for ___, but first may i have the code for the bathroom please” this woman gave me the most ugliest rude face and very rude she said “there is someone in the bathroom” mind you i noticed there’s two bathrooms, so the other was vacant. I said “okay there is another bathroom available can i please have the code for the bathroom, and she said with an attitude speaking to me as if i spoke in another language, “no there is someone in the bathroom” i look at her confused because there’s two bathrooms so i ask again for the code and she said rude again “there is someone in the bathroom, code is _____”. Very rude customer service, the food wasnt fully cooked. The meat was still pink and bloody it made me vomit

Order ticket #74 for pickup. I ordered 4 items and one was not placed in the sealed bag because the two employees were too busy gossiping and laughing in the back prep room.

When we got home from a 2 hour heavy traffic drive with my 2yr old, we noticed the error and called for the entire order to be recooked for freshness because my family actually eats together!

Rude manager confirmed they missed the tenders but made no apology. She instantly assumed that we wanted to keep the 1st order of food with a rude and condescending tone. I corrected er assumption and stated that we were on our way back.

Upon arrival the manager questioned me about why I was returning the shake. To my surprise, I reiterated that we wanted every item fresh due to the inconvenience of my entire family and the right as a customer to consume fresh food.
During this whole ordeal, this manager treated me as though I was wrong for asking for fresh food and never once gave any apology or evan bothered to listen.

I recored the entire conversation for clear and honest disclosure!

The food- The buns under noth chicken sandwiches were soggy and disgusting.
*The strawberry 🍓 shake was watery.
* The chicken tenders were consumed by my 2yr old, so we'll done on that!

In the end, when I asked to speak to a manager or be given a business card, the rude employee was in fact the manager!

Overall will not be back ever!

Honey butter chicken sandwich is the best!

An excellent service, but what I didn't like was that it feels very hot, the air doesn't work, I think they should improve in that aspect. The rest is excellent, the employees are very attentive 💯

The food is very good, I recommend it to everyone, and the service is excellent. They have very good employees. The only thing I didn't like here was the atmosphere. In the winter, the cold was unbearable in there, and now in the summer, the heahí
unbearable. I would remind them to fix this problem since it's not just me who suffers as a customer, but also the employees who work there.

Great chicken sandwich. It's high for a chicken sandwich but you get 2 breast on each sandwich. Each comes with flavor from mild to very hot. I got medium and it was just right flavor for me. You get more fries than 5 guys so we shared 1 fry and it was plenty.
