This's not the 1st time we eat here. Being here for my birthday, anniversary and Father's Day celebration. However, it's the 1st time food was disappointing. I was soo excited to celebrate Mother's Day and to try their eggs Benedict. Food was cold as ice, and so was my husband's steak. Our server took the plate away and brought a new one. Honestly, it was warmer but didn't feel fresh. The Hollandaise sauce didn't look like it should, instead appeared like it was a reheated leftover and the butter breaks giving the appearance of chunky instead of smooth. Not to mention food took FOREVER !! To make it to our table. I also notice other moms around me were giving a rose. I was never offered one until my husband mentioned on our way out. I have no idea what was going on since this's not their norm. I wish it wasn't Mother's Day because now on, this's how I'll remember the restaurant.

Great Mother's Day dinner for 7 Saturday night. Da was excellent as always and the seafood tower always impresses. Steaks were all done perfectly and the sea bass was outstanding. Drinks were on point as always.
As per expectation, the food was exquisite, service was terrific. Our server, whose name escapes me (black gentleman, with greyish goatee), was exceptional. By himself, he would be enough for us to come back to this location.
We used to love Ruth's Chris, but the quality of the food has been going down. The crabcakes were burnt with a hard black crust on the bottom. The lobster tail was overcooked. Very tough. Hate buying side dishes, à la cart. I think we'll just stay with Dutches daughters thank you

The food was excellent! The service equally so! I would not recommend this for family style dining, as its a bit pricey. A couple or couples out for some fine dining is best. We celebrated an anniversary and RCSH added a couple of personalized touches to honor that which was great!

Great for special occasions—especially a birthday. They recognize and treat you very well. Food is always hot and superb. Would love to go more often but pricey so we'll keep it to special events.
The meal and the experience were absolutely outstanding! The steaks were cooked perfectly and served very hot. The appetizer was wonderful, the soup, salad, and dessert were delicious and the service was perfect. I could not be more satisfied with my experience. We have visited Ruth's Chris in four locations now, this was the best. The best four restaurants we have visited are all Ruth's Chris. I hope we can return to Gaithersburg soon.

Best steak I have had in a LONG time. Of all the Ruth’s Chris locations I’ve been to, this is the best one I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Staff was outstanding, especially Franck - really appreciated his efforts and attention to detail. Franck: thanks for putting up with my kids - sorry about the tablecloth. And the wall. And the epic mess.

Terrible experience! Waited a long time to order although only 2 tables were occupied. Received appetizers sporadically after a long time. Never received entrees after ~1 hour. Had manager check on order and did not return after 20+ minutes. Server was completely overwhelmed and alone. Left after 1 hour plus without having dinner. Truly disappointing and unacceptable. We time at the Palm, Eddie Vs and Capital Grille very often and have not ever experienced anything like this.

This is a truly outrageous place and I highly recommend The ribeye steak. It is unlike anything that you ever tried. The service here is amazing. I truly recommend this place.

We went for wine pairing dinner. The wine was quite delicious and the evening was enjoyable. The food that comes with the pairing is not the best Ruth Chris Food. It is I suppose some of the less expensive items on the menu. Because it's a large group of folks, I imagine they cook everything beforehand and bring it out all at once. The scallops, lamb chops and soup were therefore somewhat cold. The steak was tasty, but small and not presented as nicely as I've had at Ruth's Chris. The evening was still enjoyable - but less than amazing.

We went to Happy Hour in the bar. My Pomegranate Martini was satisfying. Steak sandwich with Bearnaise sauce is delightful.
