Literally was eating and mid chew, bit on this!!!!! Don’t know what it is!!!! It’s not a bone it looks and feels like a piece of really hard material. I am livid

IN RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT: It was NOT a piece of the chicken or a bone! Absolutely incorrect. It was a piece of very hard solid material - as if it was hard plastic! I brought the food back in and got a refund. It was not a bone! If you look closely in the picture, it’s an almost clear color and almost looked as if it was slightly melted from being in the hot food! That’s not a bone! I even tried to bend and break it - didn’t budge! It was a hard piece of material in my food. I bit on it while I was eating the vegetables, NOT the chicken. It’s not a bone. I cook myself, and I am very familiar with what a chicken bone LOOK and FEELS like. This is a clear hard thick piece of material that should NOT be found in food, I could’ve cut myself in the mouth!

I went inside to go get my food and they said that they only took card and I told them that I only had cash and they told me oh we only card I was being Stereotype this was last night 😔😡😤

This place is almost always hopping so we decided to try it for ourselves. The chicken was very flavorful and juicy, the yucca had good flavor but also was very soggy by the time we got home a little less than 10 minutes later. The beans were a bland, but the Peruvian fried rice was top notch.

It won't replace our normal go to spot for pollo a la brasa but it's easy to see why these guys have been in business since the 80s. Would definitely recommend trying this spot out.

My son orders from there often, via Ubereats because we enjoy the food. However, tonight when visiting the business, as a black American, I felt disregarded, low vibrations from the staff and was giving a very small portion for the 2 meals I ordered. There was definitely weird vibes. This is not the first time I’ve felt this, which is why I chose to write a review. Staff definitely were energetic with one another during this. Hmmmmm🤔

🔥🍗 10/10! Sardi’s Pollo a la Brasa is out of this world! The whole chicken was juicy, smoky, and packed with flavor. Sides were just as amazing — creamy mashed potatoes, fresh grilled veggies, hearty beans, and perfectly cooked rice. Huge portions, incredible taste… this place is a MUST!

I chose to buy in Sardis to share with my family and spend a pleasant time, I called Sardis and I was kindly attended by a lady named Amy and very attentively I took my order, we love Sardis their food is delicious.
