Extremely well kept store. Very friendly owners. Tea is exceptional, well worth for gifts and for everyday use.

This is a home grown shop that offers fresh tea blends and spices. The owners are very nice. I spoke with them for 10 minutes, following my purchase, and they even gave me a free sample for stopping by. I definitely will purchase teas from this business again.

What a warm and welcoming shop - both the teas and the owners! There was an impressive variety of teas and many interesting blends to explore. They also carried fresh spices, which was a wonderful bonus. The owners were incredibly welcoming and patient with our large family of seven, including kids. We were able to smell many samples, and they were more than happy to explain the teas and spices, their different uses, and even offer helpful cooking suggestions. We can’t wait to return!

The shop has great ambiance. The customer service is top notch and if you're looking for quality loose leaf tea or global spice, search no more. Prices are reasonable and displayed. Had a great experience, would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience at Shafa blends. You can tell the people running it are doing so out of love. I wondered in on a quiet weekday afternoon and they took their time with explaining the blends. Will be going back!

Loved the caffeine-free tea blends that they offer. They also created some blends that incorporate Ukrainian/Crimean herbs. Going there today was like returning to my childhood. Definitely will go back there for more.

I've tried about 7 or 8 teas from here so far and each one has been perfect. The Cream Earl Grey and the Smoky Mountain Chai are my two favourites due to their unique flavour.

The Total Calm does excellent in helping me relax at night and became an important remedy in my recovery from chronic insomnia.

The Peach Apricot tea is one of the best options for iced tea and I plan to try the Island Sorrel as an iced tea as well.

The Jasmine Pearls were highly favoured by my mom who loves tea. This one also makes excellent iced tea too.

I plan to try every tea by the end of this year and I'm enjoying each one so far!

The atmosphere is instantly calming and inviting. The shop owner is so sweet. I love that they sell dandelion root-- it's really hard to find.

Definitely a place tea lovers and cooks need to visit! I saw it walking to a restaurant nearby and had to stop in. On one wall there are so many tea blends with small jars so you smell the blend. The other wall is herbs and spices. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and provided several recommendations based on the flavors I asked about. And the shop is so cute - nice displays, warm and inviting. Highly recommend!
