They called two hours later and asked if I wanted the order. I told them no they were too late. They have charged me for this meal. I have called and they have not corrected it. I have disputed it with my credit card services. I urge you to not deal with this restaurant. You will be disappointed.

Disappointed with the fried rice, not tasty at all, bob's shanghai 66 taste better. I also ordered chicken with garlic sauce but the chicken tasted sweet! Egg roll was mediocre. I called and a lady said she'll talk to the cook about it, the lady was polite in her voice, but didn't offer a refund or apology, I also didn't ask for a refund. Not ordering again.

Good restaurant and desently fast delivery but it look like you need to set lucky to get the order right...Me and my husband ordered probably 7-8 times because it's local and 3 times order was missing something or there was something wrong.We called back and twice the person on the other side tried to argue with us that we are wrong.I find that a bad customer service .Also i'm posting a picture of the famous "steak and cheese roll" that was either just cheese or something different from the menu .Ordered it twice and both times had only god know what but definitely not what we ordered.The 3 stars are for the kitchen and the good taste of the food.For customer service i would give u one for the effort if there's any!!!

We were in Gaithersburg shopping a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday, and decided to branch out to find a new Chinese restaurant. No one in the place, the people working in the restaurant seemed pleasant enough, our server spoke no English and the person at the counter had to get involved with our order. My hot and sour soup was only flavored with pepper, no vinegar, very brothy, no real substance as I'm accustomed to in our neighborhood Chinese restaurant in Kensington. Moo goo gai pan had very little vegetable matter, a lot of chicken breast pieces, perhaps 4 snow peas, a couple of pieces of carrot...bland, beige dish swimming in sauce...my husband had steamed tofu & vegetables, ok enough, sauce on side, meh...can't understand how this place gets such rave reviews. We won't waste our time going back.

This is my new go-to chinese food for the gaithersburg area! Everything I've tried from here has been delicious, and delivery has always been timely. I've never eaten in the restaurant, but always ordered delivery and never had any issues with mixups or quality.
