Please check the milk regularly. Today I got pumpkin spice medium size latte it was hot one. After I drunk immediately went to restroom 4 times! It must be bad milk. Crazy! Btw I have no problem with milk or any dairy products.

A decent Starbucks on the 2nd floor. They don't do order ahead from the app. bummer. Usually the waiting time is minimal. .Friendly and fast employees who will get your drink out to you fast.None of the food is made in house, it's all pre packaged. Skip the cake pops. Very mushy in the middle.You can use your Starbucks App to pay and to earn points.

I dont think you can use your sB app to order here because the coffee shop is actually a Barnes and Noble, but they do sell only starbucks coffee and have the full menu. They also have snacks and pastries ? ?

Easily the rudest Starbucks I've been to. Not a good reflection on Barnes & Nobles or Starbucks here.
Don’t bother ordering their chicken nuggets. Starbucks should stick to drinks only. Nuggets are mushy soggy and inadequately portioned.

I normally wouldn’t rate the local Starbucks but each time I’ve stopped here for coffee it’s been a bit lacking. Either the order is wrong, the coffee is weak or the baked goods are stale. Because it’s attached to the Barnes and Noble I’ve ended up here quite a bit and need to keep reminding myself this just isn’t up to the usual Starbucks standards. The best part here is that it accepts Barnes and Noble membership so there’s a 10% discount but you can’t use Starbucks points either.

I came this morning, when there were no other customers and two employees behind the register. I simply ordered two hot drinks and a sandwich and it looked like a friend of the cashier came by. I was still waiting on my sandwich and it was put on the counter and their friend grabbed it, and proceeded to take it out the bag and quickly tried to put it back after realizing it was mine. The cashier tried to play it off as if I hadn’t watched the entire thing. I asked for a new one because it was already touched and I was given attitude. They literally put the old sandwich into a new bag within seconds of me asking for a new one… I just threw it away and didn’t bother asking further more.

Skip this Starbucks inside Barnes and nobles. They don't allow you to pay through the Starbucks app. They are ridiculously slow. And the quality of their espresso is really bad. They keep saying "we're not a real Starbucks."
