The manager needs to teach their employees to 1.) Ask what size drink the customer wants, and not assume they want a large 2.) Quote the price 3.) Provide a receipt. If my drink is too big and too expensive, it's a difficult position to say anything when there is line behind you and the drink already in your hand!
The most unfortunate experience I've ever encountered with some incredibly unprofessional and irrational baristas. This location is enabling an incredibly toxic environment for consumers.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and usually their staff are not too friendly and welcoming, but anyways…Jossie today just changed my perspective and how I feel about this place, she was welcoming, smiling, happy and everything seems natural to her. I do own many Starbucks Stocks and I LOVE TO SEE PEOPLE LIKE JOSSIE, keep the values of what this great company is all about…great coffee and great CUSTOMER SERVICE!! KEEP IT UP JOSSIE, don’t ever loose that SMILE and beautiful personality, that is what make some people special!! You really made my Day!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Nice roomy place at least not converted into drive through only!
Service: The service was horrible. Went through the drive through, she did not put my top on and it spilled as she was giving it to me. She refused to take it back. There was no whipped cream; which is what I ordered. Instead of fixing the drink, she gave me a cup with whip cream to put in my cup myself.Product: Coffee taste like it had min coffee.

One of the most efficient SB with a drive thru in the area.My first stop, before going into Kaiser. No matter what time of day, they get that drive thru moving fast. Theres always a friendly employee to greet you. I love the interior of the store. Another nice and cozy spot, to get work done, or to have chat with friends. My only breakfast food that I will purchase is their bacon and egg bites. Theres 2 in a pack. Kinda pricy but one of those once in a while splurges.
