2 out of the 5 times I’ve ordered it they’ve messed up my crème based frappe and made it with a caffeine one
I don’t recommend this place they make the matcha clumpy every time 💔 bad customer service as well
The service at the window is terrible the lady that took my order was so rude and she didn’t let me explain what I order recipt#656223 she didn’t took my order right and didn’t let me talk when I told her that the size was incorrect I order venti size if I have to pay the difference I would pay but she answered me too rude and act and looked at me rude and by the way the other coffee I didn’t ask for a caramel burlee I asked for the Iced sugar cookie breve to try it but it’s ok my husband got mad when she star talking to me rude and he told me to do not say anything and just don’t come back anymore I hope you can train you people well so they can provide a good costumer service

I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with two modifications and a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. I gave my girlfriend her Matcha Latte and went home with my refresher.
It wasn’t until I was home that my girlfriend had tried the drink and realized that they had gotten the order wrong.
I drove back to this Starbucks and politely let them know that I had received the wrong drink, which they then offered to remake. When I got to the window, an older lady, maybe 40-50 years old, let me know that the burden of order accuracy was on ME, and that I should’ve checked that my order was right before leaving.
My order was not repeated to me the first time, nor did they have a screen that showed what was in my order. The drink looked identical to what I wanted. This lady was rude and passive aggressive and shouldn’t be dealing with customers if she can’t handle feedback on her or her stores mistakes.

Visited on oct 11 around 11:30 pm both guys are awesome workers there customer service is best
The space is small and more geared towards drive thru but we knew this going in. It was clean and pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive even after we had a juice spill. Great customer service with friendly waves and smiles bye as we left.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks on 9/25/25 around 8:20 PM. I ordered ahead and arrived at the store right when the app said my drink was about ready. The store was empty, yet I waited about 15 minutes with no communication from staff.
When I finally asked an employee about my order, she brushed me off and said, “I’m not the one making the drinks.” She didn’t even try to check. I waited another minute, got visibly frustrated, and asked out loud if they were messing with me. Only then did another lady come out and ask if I had an order under my name. The barista made my drink, placed it down without a word, and gave off a visible attitude.
This felt like a control game more than customer service. I was in a rush, that’s why I ordered ahead but instead, I was ignored and treated poorly. I’ve had issues at this location before, but this was blatant neglect and completely unacceptable.

Fast service and friendly staff. I had a smooth pick-up experience here. The indoor seating is limited though they do have a couple of tables outside.

Super lame. They let me wait for 15 mins just for a cup of coffee. This happened twice. Small space, even don’t have a chair to sit while waiting. Many ppl who came after me got their orders before me. If I didn’t come to ask the staff about my order, I am not sure when could I get my order. Wish I could give them 0 star review.

Called the store to make sure it open because all the other stores closed for the night for training and Jackie answered the line. She sounded like she was smiling through the phone. When I got there she had remembered me and had my bag of coffee ready. Still smiling and still joyful. Thank you Jackie. Have a great night!

When I tell you this location has the absolute FRIENDLIEST service. I leave my house with a cup of coffee when dropping my boyfriend off for work, but go out of my way to stop there for a fresh cup of coffee or a latte just to experience the service.
Had to go inside once, it was super small but to be fair it is a drive thru
