Super lame. They let me wait for 15 mins just for a cup of coffee. This happened twice. Small space, even don’t have a chair to sit while waiting. Many ppl who came after me got their orders before me. If I didn’t come to ask the staff about my order, I am not sure when could I get my order. Wish I could give them 0 star review.

When I tell you this location has the absolute FRIENDLIEST service. I leave my house with a cup of coffee when dropping my boyfriend off for work, but go out of my way to stop there for a fresh cup of coffee or a latte just to experience the service. Had to go inside once, it was super small but to be fair it is a drive thru

The turnover is terrible—there is always a new barista, and a few have been actually rude, making me wait at the drive-through and then coming on and laughing with the other staff rather than taking my order. I don't like to go in because the setting is depressing, in the middle of a strip mall parking lot. However, they are open 25/7 and that is a big plus.

I wanted to give a shout out this this location. I drive up to them at least 3-4x a week. They're always so cheerful and kind. They never get my orders wrong (one of my faves is venti caramel ribbon crunch no whip extra crunch...lol) I see/hear them deal with some pretty difficult customers but they handle it so professionally. You guys rock!
