First I want to commend the team at Starbucks for an amazing experience every-time I walk in. I’m always greeted with a warm friendly smile even if it’s at the crack of dawn or before they close. I work close by here and there are times I need a quick coffee or meal to have, Starbucks in Downtown Crown is always there for me. Considering what is going on, the staff never fails to have a bright smile and keeping their heads held high. The environment is so nice and clean, I’ve seen some other locations lacking in that. The managers here know how to conduct a well oiled machine. Y’all are doing really great! I’ll be popping in shortly!

This location is overwhelmed by the amount of business they are doing. I ordered 10 minutes before arriving, and I still had to wait 10 minutes once I got there

Today my coffee tasted like it had sat on a burner for two days. It was too burned to drink.

Worst Customer service for people of color. If you are Latino or black dark skin they do not want to help you and make you wait as soon as they see a person with lighter complexion they help them right away employees mistreat you and the employees look down at people of color. When in reality they make minimum wage and working at Starbucks lol If you by any chance decide to come here be prepared to be mistreated and face discrimination.

Asked him (the gentleman, bald guy) to add just half an inch of steamed coconut milk on top of my triple blonde espresso.
He charged me about $6+, even though I explained that any milk up to three-quarters of an inch is supposed to be free (from my experience in other stores).
His reply? “I didn’t buy it free.”
But the board clearly says: “No extra cost for milk add-ons.”
Too much negative energy for such a beautiful morning.

My Go-To Starbucks!

This Starbucks is a consistent bright spot in my day. The staff are super friendly, always greeting me (and my dog!) with a smile. Pup cups are a highlight of my dog's walks, and he practically drags me in the door now.

Beyond the friendly faces, my mobile orders are always ready promptly and accurately. It's a reliable and convenient spot for my caffeine fix, and I appreciate the consistently positive experience.

Just had the most humiliating experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Went the to Starbucks in Downtown Crown about an online order I placed that was supposed to go to Downtown Crown, but instead went to the Starbucks in Milestone near my home.

I place orders via the Starbucks app all the time and it’s easy to send pick up orders to the wrong location, especially when you are rushing to work in the morning. I made this mistake on 10/23/24 9:00AM and today 10/26/24 8:56AM.

The first time I made this mistake (10/23) I went into Downtown Crown and informed a nice Barista of this mistake.The manager Lisa Kim came over and helped me without any issues after seeing my receipt and I was on my way after my order was completed.

Today when I went in I expected the same treatment as before but the manager (Lisa Kim) came over so rude and before I could explain the issue she said “Oh no, you were here the other day, I’ve already gave you free food! You need to call the store you place the order with, I can’t keeping giving you free food.” I was so shocked but mostly embarrassed because she did this in front of multiple customers even after I showed her my receipt.

I’m literally in tears writing this review because I did not deserve to be dismissed in such a way. She handled me as if I was homeless. I’m a very highly educated and presentable young woman and she made me feel extremely small in the moment.

As she attempted to walk off I asked for her name. She was very hesitant but she ended up saying “Lisa” in a low voice. I then asked for her last. Lisa paused and said, “Kim.”

I made sure to let her know that I will be reporting her and I left the store without confrontation. I don’t know if she is going through something but people like her should choose occupations that require them to have as little interaction with the public as possible. If she made me feel this way, I’m sure she makes the employees feel even worse.

I don’t know if she thought I was a criminal or my race made her assume I was just trying to get free food but either way I pray that no one else gets hurt by her. I will never go to that location again for sure. I’m attaching my receipts just for Lisa so that she can see that I wasn’t lying.
