My Go-To Starbucks!

This Starbucks is a consistent bright spot in my day. The staff are super friendly, always greeting me (and my dog!) with a smile. Pup cups are a highlight of my dog's walks, and he practically drags me in the door now.

Beyond the friendly faces, my mobile orders are always ready promptly and accurately. It's a reliable and convenient spot for my caffeine fix, and I appreciate the consistently positive experience.

Good coffee, but contrary to what the Starbucks app says, this is NOT a curbside pickup location.

The sound of the music is overwhelming and doesn't allow you to converse or even think.

Just had the most humiliating experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Went the to Starbucks in Downtown Crown about an online order I placed that was supposed to go to Downtown Crown, but instead went to the Starbucks in Milestone near my home.

I place orders via the Starbucks app all the time and it’s easy to send pick up orders to the wrong location, especially when you are rushing to work in the morning. I made this mistake on 10/23/24 9:00AM and today 10/26/24 8:56AM.

The first time I made this mistake (10/23) I went into Downtown Crown and informed a nice Barista of this mistake.The manager Lisa Kim came over and helped me without any issues after seeing my receipt and I was on my way after my order was completed.

Today when I went in I expected the same treatment as before but the manager (Lisa Kim) came over so rude and before I could explain the issue she said “Oh no, you were here the other day, I’ve already gave you free food! You need to call the store you place the order with, I can’t keeping giving you free food.” I was so shocked but mostly embarrassed because she did this in front of multiple customers even after I showed her my receipt.

I’m literally in tears writing this review because I did not deserve to be dismissed in such a way. She handled me as if I was homeless. I’m a very highly educated and presentable young woman and she made me feel extremely small in the moment.

As she attempted to walk off I asked for her name. She was very hesitant but she ended up saying “Lisa” in a low voice. I then asked for her last. Lisa paused and said, “Kim.”

I made sure to let her know that I will be reporting her and I left the store without confrontation. I don’t know if she is going through something but people like her should choose occupations that require them to have as little interaction with the public as possible. If she made me feel this way, I’m sure she makes the employees feel even worse.

I don’t know if she thought I was a criminal or my race made her assume I was just trying to get free food but either way I pray that no one else gets hurt by her. I will never go to that location again for sure. I’m attaching my receipts just for Lisa so that she can see that I wasn’t lying.

Barely got to drink anything. The glass is full of ice. Starbucks with the cheap tactics to put less drink and take more money.

I tried the Starbucks Summer Skies drink yesterday with my boyfriend, and we both ended up with sore throats immediately after. The drink tasted very artificial, and the additives seemed too strong possibly leading to this uncomfortable reaction. Neither of us have food allergies or have ever had this reaction before but if you're sensitive to artificial ingredients, I'd avoid this drink.

One of my absolute favorite Starbucks! Even though they are always awesome customer service, treat everyone like family. If I lived nearby would visit daily. Worth the drive!

20240512 finally tried the Summer-Berry Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers. It was pretty good. I also picked up the pineapple cloud care that looked delicious. After hanging out for a long time, I ended up getting the honey citrus mint tea, and that was really good. The barista was nice and helpful. The interior of the store could be nicer. The chairs and tables have aged. The outdoor patio has plenty of seating and spacious with a supersized Connect 4 Game. There were many people with dogs walking in to pick up drinks... sooo cute! I love that it's dogfriendly. First Starbucks I've been to that allows dogs, and I have visited many in the East Coast.

This Starbucks slays my life.Super fast, friendly and AMAZING music choices. I also love that they make their own drink creations and have it posted!The best Starbucks I have ever been to.
