The team is really friendly, but it seems like they are always rushing when making drinks. I have had cups where 1/3 of the cup is whipped cream, and today I got a half cup of hot oatmilk. No coffee or Expresso in my drink at all. I always stop in on my way to work, so I usually do not have time to go back and get a remake. I feel like I throw away money every time I stop at this location.

Shame on Starbucks to be the only businesses on the block who “ran out of candies” within first 30 min of community Trick or Treat event… not sure if it’s more embarrassing to “ran out” or to lie about it. Makes me feel sorry for buying every cup of coffee in this store. What an fake and ingenious staff they have working in this store…

There is an employee at this location who is automatically adding gratuity to orders without customer consent in hopes they don't realize. Advice to operations - check to see if there is a disproportionate amount of tips received by a specific employee when at register when compared to others. You'll see it.
I always like to give a place a chance but when you run out of ingredients 20 minutes after opening there are no second chances

i'm giving it 3 stars because it is my local starbucks and I used to come here a lot in the past, before I moved. I recently moved back and it has definitely become a hit or miss regarding its coffee and service. It is pretty disappointing.
