I asked for a venti a large and charged me for a grande I wanted extra whip and extra caramel also extra ice ! The taste was horrible there was no caramel drizzle at all and looked super plan the customer ordered the same thing but got all the correct stuff but me how that happen by the same girl idk why ppl have to do things like this the other Spanish lady with glasses was rushing and make the drinks awful

Hello, I just want to leave a complaint about the poor service and poor quality of the products, for the past two days and today we have also eaten caramel frapuccino but they are really bad, the consistency suffers from water and the bitter taste despite having asked for extra caramel has been all simple. we love starbucks but really disappointed with the service in the afternoon shift in this store

I really love Starbucks, not the prices. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating for those of us who are not as familiar with ordering the different type of coffees. I loved my Vanilla Bean Frap with 2 shot!

The drinks are great WHEN they make it right. Sometimes it’s worth the gamble, sometimes it’s not. And they are CONSISTENTLY out of breakfast items and sandwiches. They also have low inventory regarding mugs, cups, etc compared to all other Starbucks. And I mean super low and old merchandise. Customer service is great tho.

On a Sunday afternoon, my boyfriend and I stopped by Starbucks in the Flower Hill Shopping Center for caffeinated beverages. We ordered ahead for pickup. It was nice that the drinks were ready before estimated pickup time. However, I was surprised that they didn't cover the drink hole area with a sticky dot to prevent others from breathing over the drinks when picking up their drink orders.
