The young lady barista that made my mocka frap is magical! My fraps from every other starbucks has been a crunchy, ice chunky mocha flavored slurpee. This wonderful lady literally created a mocha cloud, it was sooo incredibly smooth and delightful! She puts all the other baristas to shame!! Love her, and love mocha fraps again!

Sorry to have to say..... I've been going to this Starbucks for years and for all those years had great service. Lately however it's been terrible. Drinks made wrong (multiple times), the store is getting "tired" and needs a facelift terribly, and some of the staff I've interacted with have not been particularly helpful. I've pointed this out to Starbucks (constructively - hoping they will take it to heart) but nothing seems to change. Going forward, I'll stick to the Kentlands or another store. Better overall. So to the handful of great employees at Muddy Branch - you are great.

Our go to place for coffee. Niveah always greets us with a smile and ensures our drinks are prepared to perfection. Conveniently located in the Muddy Branch shopping complex.

The gentleman at the register was really nice but i waited 20 minutes for my order and people that came after me got their order before me. Painfully slow experience and I regret coming here

All of the one star reviews are correct. The staff is INCREDIBLY RUDE especially KING! I watched a lady try to make conversation with him this morning and he snubbed her. He said my name wrong a few times and I corrected him at this point I feel like he does it on purpose. My drinks are always made wrong, hot drink never hot, the frap always runny, one time my coffee was mistakenly made with dairy I just called and got a refund from Starbucks customer service. The “rude guy” everyone’s complaining about is him. It’s so simple of you don’t like your job QUIT. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the staff is so nasty.

The man working was incredibly rude, took forever to make drinks causing a pile up, drink was made wrong even though I made no modifications to the menu item. Doesn’t even taste like coffee and was luke warm for an iced item? I work in food service and this is a truly horrible store. Needs a corporate visit for quality control.

The store is dirty and the staff is really rude. I went with my service dog just to get a drink and then leave, from the moment I entered the store a worker told me “Do you know only service animals are allowed here? You cannot have your dog in the store” without asking first if my dog was a service dog which he is, they were very rude and making faces, they even made me wait outside for my drink. Really dissatisfied and disappointed with this location, don’t recommend at all

This store was dirty , the stuff was rude not welcoming customers or saying thank you , my drinks was not taste coffee, i order a ice venti caramel macchiato, supposed to be the shots is 3 shots they put only two , taste milky , and i order i tall caramel frapp they put in the grande cup because they put to much ice , i didn’t order a extra ice in my frapp . I think there barista don’t know what he/she doing , they need to train them again in the right way , pls put the milk inside the ref , don’t leave the milk long time outside. Trash my caramel frapp because doesn’t taste right,

I asked for light ice and look how much ice they put. This is my 2nd time ordering at this location and always bad service. Also cashier disappeared and didn't take orders. Seems they don't wanna work. Sat 2pm workers need some type of training on customer service
