Good coffee and food in a convenient location for shopping. Service is fast. They have two big tables for customers and could probably use at least one more. Tried decaf pistachio crème and caramel macchiatos.

What's the deal with the weird Lgbt flag in the store no other starbucks I went to has this flag It's a coffee shop for gods sake we are in 21st century this is none sense keep your personal belief and agenda to your self.

I visited on September 16 and ordered 3 drinks. Unfortunately, one of them, the Pink Drink, was missing the strawberries. The Strawberry Frappuccino was also a disaster—the amount of purée was way too much. When I asked for it to be remade, the girl who handed me the new drink was incredibly helpful (note the sarcasm) by rudely suggesting that next time I should ask for less purée, as if I should have known how to fix their mistake in advance.

On top of that, the Pink Drink wasn’t even properly shaken, which is pretty basic according to the Starbucks recipe. I could clearly see the coconut milk and strawberry juice separating, which made it far from enjoyable.

not to mention the guy who took my order wasn’t paying enough attention to me when I was placing my order or when he was giving me the drinks

As a former Starbucks employee myself, I know how these drinks should be made, and I expected better—especially since I was the only car in the drive-thru at the time.

This location needs to retrain their employees on basic costumer service and how to make a simple drink

Because of the customer service and understanding, I will remain a loyal customer. I’ve been so disappointed at Starbucks’s recently, as a 10+ year customer who used to buy at least 3 drinks at Starbucks per week

Bad customer service. They did not give me a straw for my drink and when I asked for one they completely ignored me. I waited for 10 extra minutes for someone to acknowledge me and it never happened. Also it’s just inconvenient that I have to ASK for a straw, they should be displayed for customers to take on their own.

Have you ever been to a coffee shop without outlets? When I asked the barista where the plugs where she said she didn't know if they had any. This is after I ordered a coffee out of courtesy. I guess the next time I go to a national chain coffee shop I'll inspect if they have outlets. The kicker is when my coffee was ready they just laid it out front and didn't call me. Come to think of it they've didn't even ask my name and it was pretty busy. I am overall disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this location to anyone.

I stopped going here because the baristas don't even acknowledge your presence. It got better, so I came back. But today, I went through the drive through to pick up my order. The guy at the speaker was very nice. The girl who gave me my things was unpleasant. She didn't say one word to me or even look at me, even though I spoke to her. Bad customer service. I'll stick to the Germantown location.
